Recently, the General Branch of the Chencang District of the China Democratic Progressive Party held a meeting to organize members to learn and convey the spirit of the Fourth Congress of the Communist Party of China in Chencang District, Baoji City.
At the meeting, the members of the organization collectively studied the report "Courageously Undertaking New Missions, Striving for a New Journey and Striving to Build the Most Dynamic New Urban Area" and the "Political Resolution of the Fourth Congress of chencang District of Baoji City of the Communist Party of China" made by Ma Xiao, secretary of the Chencang District CPC Committee, at the Fourth Congress of Chencang District of Baoji City of the Communist Party of China.
The meeting demanded that all dpp members should further improve their political standing, enhance their "four consciousnesses," strengthen their "four self-confidences," and achieve "two safeguards." Deeply study and implement the theme, main line and main tone of the report, and accurately grasp the guiding ideology of promoting high-quality development as the theme, deepening supply-side structural reform as the main line, taking reform and innovation as the fundamental driving force, and meeting the people's growing needs for a better life as the fundamental purpose of the next five years. It is necessary to learn one step ahead, learn deeply and thoroughly, carry out full study, perform well the functions of the DPP in participating in the administration and discussion of state affairs, and lead all the DPP members to build good words and offer good policies around building the most dynamic new urban area.
The meeting stressed that all dpp members should take the spirit of the fourth congress of the Chencang District of Baoji City of the Communist Party of China as an opportunity to contribute to the efforts to build the most dynamic new urban area and strive to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of Chencang.
