Moreover, the quality problems of some products may not be found and compensated from the back process, which requires us to do things well in the first time to prevent the occurrence of quality problems.

Fourth, establish a sense of quality programming.

Quality management is the whole process, the whole company, and between the various processes, the work between the various departments of the company must be orderly and effective, requiring all quality management personnel, operators to do strictly according to the program, if not according to the program work errors will increase the chance of error, the quality of the product can not be guaranteed.

Fifth, establish a sense of responsibility for quality.

The principle of distinguishing between operator-controllable defects and manager-controllable defects:

●If any of the above four points cannot be met or the material conditions such as equipment, tooling, testing, and materials in production are not available and fail, it is the responsibility of the management personnel. Only by understanding the responsibility of quality problems can we improve the problems in a targeted manner and improve the quality.

Sixth, establish a sense of continuous delivery of quality.

Quality is not the best, only better; quality improvement is a continuous, loop, continuous improvement process, it follows the PDCA loop mode, PDCA loop mode can be briefly described as follows:

P-plan: according to the requirements of the product, make an improvement plan;

Enterprises to develop, have to pay attention to the cost of production, but the cost is closely related to the quality, quality is done well, the cost of the product can be reduced to the minimum, if the quality of the product is not good, often by the customer return complaints, then his cost will be very high, and even force the enterprise to a desperate situation.
