"Ace Anchor" is adapted from the novel of the same name by the well-known network writer Tao Xiao, which tells the history of the intellectual independent TV station female host Ding Ding (Yang Yue) all the way up the career struggle. At the beginning of the series, Tintin, as a female anchor of the TV station, was transferred to the radio station because of the accident caused by the sudden breakup of her boyfriend, which led to an accident in the program; after entering the radio station, Tintin did not collapse but became more and more frustrated, and the career love blossomed: she dared to love and hate, kind and tenacious, and she was appreciated and admired by her boss, the radio director Song Fei (Liu Shu), and all of this was seen by Kuang Yi (Meng Zhen), the chief female anchor of The Lei Fei Qingmei Bamboo Horse, and hated in her heart. At work, Kuang Yi embarrass tintin everywhere, but with the help of his friends and girlfriend Milan (Zhao Erling), Tintin turns the difficulties into danger.

Since the drama started in Rizhao, Shandong Province on October 27, it has been filmed for three months, and 90% of the scenes have been filmed in Rizhao.
