On December 5, 2020, Longcheng Street Denis Health Station was launched. Up to now, the health station has received a total of 2567 people in isolation and observation. As an important line of defense for epidemic prevention and control, this health station has created a "1234" station management model with the goal of creating a "safety island", namely: one overall planning, two care, three norms, and four in place.

The health station, composed of district leaders as team leaders and main street leaders as executive deputy group leaders, coordinates and commands the special class on the spot, and carefully creates an "iron army guard" composed of 24-hour shift stationing of street and department-level cadres, co-ordination of section-level cadres and lines, and overall joint efforts of all staff; adhere to weekly training exercises, daily special research and judgment, and efficient command and coordination.
Create a "two care" heart-warming mechanism. One is to do a good job of "front, middle and end" care for the centralized isolation personnel, that is, "full perspective" before entering the station, "full care" during the station, and "sending warmth" after leaving the station; the second is to do a good job in the care of the staff of the health station, provide rich food for three meals a day, and do a good job of holiday condolences.

Establish a "three norms" management pattern. The first is to do a good job in standardizing personnel management, standardizing the construction of three districts and two passages, and living in hierarchical and zoning of high and low risk personnel. The second is the standardization of system construction, the summary of all businesses forms a system, and all operations are handled in strict accordance with the system. The third is to standardize the process guidelines and draw the latest epidemic prevention and control version into a flow chart to ensure that the business flow is accurate.

Implement the "four in place" responsibility system. First, measures are in place. Equipped with X-ray channel security check machine, all rooms are equipped with protective nets and smart door magnetic systems. Second, the dynamic management of the ledger is in place. Using the risk management system, the establishment of inspection inspections, shifts and other ledgers, management services can be traced throughout the process. Third, the "three cards" prevention and control are in place. Implement the linkage between districts and streets, play a good "cooperation" card; synchronize civil air defense and material defense technology, and play a good "safety" card; carry out heart-warming services and play a good "humanistic care" card. Fourth, the "three complete" services are in place. "All-round" guidance, timely communication, interpretation and implementation of the latest policies; "full post" attention, adhere to daily visits, irregular research and judgment; "all-weather" liaison, adhere to key time nodes, storms and other special weather visits and the implementation of a 24-hour docking and liaison system, the "screw" of epidemic prevention and control responsibilities tightened in place.
