From June 5 to 10, Xiao Wengao, deputy secretary of the Songjiang District CPC Committee, and Nima Puchi, deputy mayor of Songjiang District, led a delegation from Songjiang District to Dingri County, Shigatse City, to conduct on-the-spot investigation of counterpart assistance to Tibet, inspect counterpart construction projects, and comfort the cadres and talents of Songjiang District in aiding Tibet. Meng Wenhai, head of the Shanghai Liaison Group for Aiding Tibet and deputy secretary of the Xigaze Municipal CPC Committee, Chen Mingxiang, secretary of the Dingri County CPC Committee, Tashi Dunzhu, deputy secretary of the Dingri County CPC Committee and county magistrate, Li Xiaohui, head of the Shanghai Tibet Aid and Dingri Group and executive deputy secretary of the county party committee, and members of the fifth batch of medical teams aiding Tibet in Songjiang District accompanied the investigation.
On the afternoon of June 7, accompanied by Comrade Meng Wenhai, the Songjiang District delegation came to the apartment of the teachers who aided Tibet, comforted all the teachers of Songjiang Aid to Tibet, and held a forum.
Comrade Xiao Wengao fully affirmed the work of the teachers aiding Tibet and put forward two hopes. First, we must improve our political standing, always implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, give full play to our professional advantages, and continue to contribute to the cause of education in Xigaze. Second, it is necessary to promote the in-depth integration of national unity, take the initiative to integrate into the local area, regard Shigatse as the "second hometown", promote national unity while doing a good job in education, cast a solid sense of the Chinese national community, and breathe together with the cadres and masses of all ethnic groups in Dingzhi, share a common destiny, develop together, and make progress together.

On the morning of June 8, the delegation came to Dingri County People's Hospital to check and understand the operation of the local telemedicine system. The system has played an important role in solving the difficulty of local patients to see a doctor. Comrade Chen Mingxiang briefed the delegation on the work and life of the cadres and talents of Songjiang Aid to Tibet on a fixed day, and accompanied the delegation to observe the on-line consultations between the hospitals of the two places.
In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation of Songjiang District held a forum with Dingri County. At the meeting, Comrade Tashi Dunzhu introduced the breakthrough achievements made by the Dingri Group in medical care, education, and project construction around the basic situation of Dingri County and the effectiveness of the work of aiding Tibet. Comrade Li Xiaohui made a work report to the delegation and his party in terms of ideological understanding, personal experience, and assistance to Tibet.
Comrade Xiao Wengao said that providing counterpart support for Dingri County is a major political task entrusted to Songjiang District by the CPC Central Committee and the Shanghai Municipal CPC Committee and Municipal Government, and it is both an honor and a responsibility. Cadres and talents of Songjiang District who are aiding Tibet should join hands with cadres and masses of all nationalities in Dingri County to deepen the work of aiding Tibet in the new stage of development.
