The overall promotion of water sources, water rights, water conservancy, hydraulic engineering, and water affairs is a landmark, traction and strategic major reform in our province, which is related to the overall plan of water management and water rejuvenation, and the survival and development of 35 million people in Shanxi. The provincial party committee proposed to vigorously practice the new era of "water conservation priority, spatial balance, systematic governance, and two-handed force" in water management, adhere to the market-oriented and rule-of-law reform orientation, highlight the iconic, traction, strategic major reform positioning, cultivate dynamic and competitive market players, and promote the integration of the water industry by market-oriented means. It is suggested that local governments and enterprises, under the guidance and support of industry authorities and professional institutions, explore and promote the pilot construction of "5G + smart water" applications, especially in the practical application of flood prevention and early warning, safety monitoring, water pollution prevention and control, river governance, comprehensive utilization and development of reservoirs and rivers, and classified and refined water supply, so as to provide strong water support and water security for the economic and social development of our province.
