According to the financial report, iFLYTEK achieved revenue of 4.549 billion yuan in the third quarter, an increase of 55.01% year-on-year, and revenue of 10.868 billion yuan in the first three quarters, an increase of 49.20% over the same period of the previous year.
The results in terms of net profit are equally impressive. In the third quarter, iFLYTEK's non-net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies reached 305 million yuan, an increase of 298.68% year-on-year, and this indicator reached 515 million yuan in the first three quarters, an increase of 512.91% year-on-year.
To be fair, iFLYTEK's achievements are not easy. Just two years ago, iFLYTEK was caught in the external doubts that technology was difficult to effectively convert into orders, and the sudden outbreak of the new crown epidemic in the first half of last year directly led to the damage to its performance, and the revenue and profit in the first quarter fell across the board.

In the face of the severe challenges of the epidemic, iFLYTEK's AI open platform has achieved great results in the past year.
Liu Qingfeng revealed that in the past year, the growth rate of the iFLYTEK open platform artificial intelligence open platform has reached 69%, the number of developer teams has increased from 1.57 million to 2.65 million, and the proportion of industrial applications has increased by 60% in the past year.
As the developer competition of iFLYTEK's open platform vane, registration continues to be hot this year. Liu Qingfeng said that the 2021 A.I. Developer Competition joined more than 60 industry partners to build 105 questions, and the number of participating teams increased by 146% to 22,472, of which 40% came from new first-tier cities, and 87% were developers and entrepreneurs under the age of 30.
