Beef meat
According to the "Compendium of Materia Medica", beef can "calm the qi, nourish the spleen and stomach, replenish weakness and strength, strengthen the bones and muscles, reduce edema, and dehumidify."
Beef is rich in protein, amino acids, sarcosine, vitamin B6, carnitine, potassium, zinc, magnesium, iron, alanine, etc., and is very nutritious, closer to human needs than pork.
For Chinese people, pork is generally the main daily meat, so it is appropriate to supplement some beef food, which is good for children to supplement iron and growth and development.
Table of materials
Beef: 1000g
Fragrant leaves: 2 tablets
Star anise: 1 pcs
Yamana: 5
Peppercorns: About 20 capsules
Shallots: 6 sticks
Ginger slices: 6 tablets
Cooking wine: 25g

1. Cut the beef into chunks

Yogurt is fermented in the oven at 40 degrees for about 5 hours
I put the meat floss in the oven and dry it together

After baking dry
