Unexpectedly, in the first batch of centralized soil auctions before, Hangzhou and Beijing ranked in the top two with ultra-high turnover of 117.8 billion yuan and 111 billion yuan respectively.
At present, in the cities that have completed the second batch of centralized land supply, 7 cities have issued suspension announcements, and 6 cities have seen the situation of some land plots being auctioned, and the situation is not optimistic.
Among them, the city with the largest number of land auction suspensions is Shenyang, with a total of 24 plots suspended before the start of the auction, accounting for more than 50% of the total number of centralized land supply in the second batch, and Jinan and Tianjin ranked second and third with 20 cases and 19 cases respectively.
