Zhao Zengzeng was once an ambassador for Special Olympics, a patient with Down syndrome. Her smile spread through the streets of Shencheng in 2007. In 1997, Zhao Zengzeng's father died of lung cancer, and she and her mother Zeng Yi and sister Zhao Haiying were dependent on each other.
Zhao Zeng, a mentally handicapped girl with a smile as bright as the sun, was the ambassador of the 12th Special Olympics World Games in 2007, and posters with her cute smiling face were plastered all over the streets of Shanghai. In 2004, she came into contact with the Special Olympics Movement and was selected by the school to participate in the National Special Olympics Leadership Training Course in Sichuan.
