Have you ever thought about playing some more breakthrough or reversal roles after that?
Li Guangjie: I don't think there is any so-called comfort zone for actors, such as Hu Guanglai in "Goodbye To That Day" and Wang Nairong in "My Father and Me" are two completely different people, their situation, language habits, behavior, sitting and walking, etc., all of which are different. So how can there be a comfort zone, right, there shouldn't be, it's two completely different people, then you have to play different people, your methods, your mental activities and your external expression methods must all be different, so I don't think that people who are serious about creating and working hard will have the so-called comfort zone.
Nandu Entertainment: Because each character is actually infused with a lot of hard work.
Li Guangjie: Yes, and I don't think it's a challenge or anything, because every role is new, in other words, you let me play Wang Nairong again now, maybe it's different from what I played before. Because my feelings are different, I may have felt this way when I said this to the opponent actor on the spot last second, and over time, what I experienced myself, what I was affected by the environment around me, my feelings may be different. The same line, I will have another way to express it. So when asked, how do you break through, how do you challenge? I challenge each character (laughs), and every character is different.

Nandu Entertainment: Looking back, what is your biggest experience in the profession of actor?
Li Guangjie: I don't want to look back hahaha, because I will feel that I am old, I don't want to say these experiences, I look very greasy, you are when I am a newcomer, just entered the industry for two years hahaha!
Nandu Entertainment: So after feeling so much "life", will there be some changes in your personality or values?
Li Guangjie: Of course there is, of course there is, it will gradually make the actor become particularly sensitive, because you see more, experience more (after that), think about things more comprehensively, but you also have to maintain a certain purity of yours, because this purity is the driving force of your creation, so it is a little split.
Nandu Entertainment: Have you encountered bottlenecks or burnout periods in this process?
Li Guangjie: Yes, in fact, every play has a bottleneck or a burnout period. Every time I shoot, I want to give up, and I feel that I am not suitable for this profession, until today. Every play will be like this, feeling that I am poor in donkey skills, feeling that I am not suitable for being an actor, I actually have no expressiveness, my understanding of many things is actually very superficial, I cannot express a person and relationship that makes people empathetic, every play is like this.
Nandu Entertainment: Self-demanding too strict?
Li Guangjie: It's not strict, it's true, you will think that the character relationship is a too interesting, complex and simple thing, it is particularly many, not in one or two sentences and one or two words can be simply summarized. For example, there is a plot in "Goodbye To That Day", that is, the younger brother I played, knocked the rapist who made my sister unfortunate to death, was sentenced to death, and suspended execution for two years. Then in prison behaved very well, gradually reduced sentence, 20 years later out of prison to find my sister, my sister did not marry well, and then life is also very helpless, very bitter, see my brother, two people on the bus, my sister said to him, I really don't know these years I hurt you, or you hurt me, my parents are gone, this family is completely gone... How do we say this emotion can be summed up in particularly simple terms? What kind of sister-brother relationship is this? I can't say it clearly, I can't say it, so I also feel that I am actually too uncultured, but there are so many character relationships in life that are unclear and unclear.
Nandu Entertainment: Do these feelings and self-demands make you anxious?
Li Guangjie: It makes me anxious, yes, very anxious, and I often lose sleep when filming. I also have a particularly bad habit, after every day, when I take off my makeup and take a shower, I will go through every scene and every scene of the day in my head, and after this time, I will regret and hate myself, thinking that I did not act well in a certain scene, it was very painful. But there was also an experience before, that is, there was a scene that I couldn't get over, and I discussed with the director at the time whether I could re-shoot tomorrow? I felt that I was not acting well, I begged the director, and finally the director agreed, and remade it the next day, but what pained me was that the re-shooting was not as good as the previous one. But that's where the career is fascinating (laughs), you can keep trying, you can keep challenging, but not necessarily the one you challenge is the best.
Nandu Entertainment: All the way down, what do you think is the most important thing as an actor?
Li Guangjie: Sincerely, there are many factors in the success or failure of a play in addition to performance, but sincerity is the most indelible in it. It may be written with a problematic plot, it may make you feel rough, it may have a gang shot, etc., but whether the actor can make you feel the sincerity is something that is placed on the surface and is particularly worthy of our industry to cherish. Also, I think it's passion, one is your passion for the role, the other is your passion for life, which is a complementary relationship. You only have enthusiasm for life, in life found more characteristic people and representative things, character relationships, remember these things, when you shoot, play this role, there may be some things that are not on the script, but you will remember in your mind, eh, I have a colleague, he is a bit like this person, he has a habit when he talks, he always turns his own cup, you can use the turn cup to this character, then this character will be a little vivid, they are complementary.
Nandu Entertainment: Usually also observe life?
Li Guangjie: Yes, what do you say is acting? When we went to college, we actually learned to observe animals in our freshman year, starting from observing animals, to observing life, to simulating people. Looking back now, these things I learned in college are actually ways and means of creating characters. The Central Academy of Drama has taught all students this way for four years, and has not taught us how to make us have acting skills, and how to shape people in college. What exactly is acting? Completely unaware of what life is like to perform life? Without such a technology, this technology does not exist at all. If there is no life, it cannot be presented by any technology. The only technique is that you go and put yourself in life, and then fish out these things of life, drain the water, and sincerely put it in front of the audience.
Nandu Entertainment: What are your expectations for the next 20 years?
Li Guangjie: No expectations, don't mention this matter for 20 years (laughs), it seems that I already feel seventy and eighty years old, I am still young, there is no prospect, there is no review (laughs).
