Shi Zhongqin, a native of Yinxian County, Zhejiang Province, was born in 1945, and this year was also the year that Lu Xun Art Institute in Yan'an collectively created the opera "White Haired Girl".
In 1965, when Shi Zhongqin, who had an outstanding appearance and a tall figure, studied at the Shanghai Dance School, he participated in the school's ballet "White Haired Girl".
In that special era, due to the reasons of Shi Zhongqin's origin, despite his beautiful appearance and outstanding dance skills, he could only run the dragon suit on the stage.
At the beginning of 1964, the Shanghai Dance School created the ballet "White Haired Girl" based on the sketches rehearsed by the students, and after four months of hard work, it finally performed experimental fragments. At this time, the Cultural Bureau of the Shanghai Propaganda Department attached great importance to the ballet "White Haired Girl", and specially invited the famous dramatist Huang Zuolin as an artistic consultant, and the Peking Opera master Zhou Xinfang came to guide. After being revised and created again, the ballet was changed from the original one to eight acts, which met the audience in the "Shanghai Spring" of that year, causing a huge sensation.
After the cultural revolution began, Gu Xiamei, the original first star of the ballet "The White-Haired Girl", could no longer dance because of physical reasons, while the other lead actor, Yu Qingyun, was too busy to dance many times alone, and the organization had to turn its attention to Shi Zhongqin, who was not born well.
Shi Zhongqin later recalled: "In 1969, when I was still performing at the Canton Fair, I was resting in my room in the afternoon, and the "rebel leader" came to me and said to me, now I am giving you a task, for various reasons, I want to make you jump and go to the rehearsal of "The White-Haired Girl"! Since then, the "whole fate of the stone lyre has changed", and since then, the stone lyre has become a "white-haired woman"
The dance drama "White Haired Girl" has been rehearsed through countless revisions, and then changed while performing in Japan and Korea.

Coupled with the visit of the Guangzhou International Foreign Trade Fair in spring and autumn every year as a reception for foreign guests and the performance in many festivals, the performance standard of "White Haired Girl" has been quite mature.
In 1970, Shanghai Television and the Shanghai Film System film crew filmed a black-and-white documentary " The White-Haired Girl" in black and white. At the end of 1970, The director of Shanghai Film Studio Sang Arc put "The White Haired Girl" on the screen.
Shi Zhongqin played the white-haired woman in the film, which took more than a year to shoot. In the Spring Festival of 1972, the color revolutionary modern dance drama film "White Haired Girl" was released nationwide with great success. Shi Zhongqin has also become a star who knows each other.
