Chen Si, 34, is the dean of Shenyang's Tianzhu Mountain Elderly Apartment. Chen Si is not only a psychological counselor and nutritionist in the elderly apartment, but also a nurse and activity host, she also has to deal with various emergencies in the hospital, and the elderly call her "Almighty Granddaughter".

Chen Si studied at Nanjing University as an undergraduate, and after graduation, applied to Harvard University in the United States as a graduate student majoring in human development and psychology. When she was still in the United States, she once video chatted with her mother and found that her mother across the camera was full of gray hair, and she suddenly realized that her parents were old and needed companionship. In 2013, there was an opportunity for Chen Si to take over an elderly apartment, Chen Si resolutely bid farewell to life in the United States, bid farewell to the high-paying job on Wall Street, returned to his hometown in Shenyang, and began to work in a nursing home. At present, there are more than 500 elderly people living in Chen Si's elderly apartment, of which more than two-thirds of the disabled and semi-disabled elderly people are disabled.

Chen Si set up a team of elderly models in the elderly apartment and regularly held cultural salons. She incorporated the psychotherapy she learned at Harvard into various games to channel the emotions of the elderly. From 2013 to the present, there are more and more elderly people in the elderly apartment, who have found their own value and are happier in various activities here.
