Abstract: This paper takes the application of Ankerui intelligent lighting system in Taizhou Xinghua City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a case, introduces the system integration of intelligent lighting system to field equipment, data collection, transmission and storage, and verifies the function and practicality of the system.

1 Overview

The Acre-iLightControl intelligent lighting monitoring system independently developed by Ankerui Electric Co., Ltd. adopts the KNX compatible Acre-Bus bus networking mode, accesses the intelligent lighting control system through the IP gateway, realizes timing control, peak full opening, brightness adjustment and other scene control, so that the lighting system works in accordance with various preset modes, improves the space light color, three-dimensional sense, color saturation, creates a pleasant lighting effect, energy saving and consumption reduction, It is conducive to people's physical and mental health, improve work efficiency, and improve management level

3 Project Overview

The project is located in Taizhou, and the monitoring scope is the intelligent lighting module of the distribution box in the public area of the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Xinghua City, Taizhou City. Through the data collection, analysis and processing of the intelligent lighting module, the site analyzes the data, thereby improving the energy utilization efficiency, effectively promoting and ensuring the improvement of the level of intelligent lighting, and playing an important role in safely using electricity and saving energy.

4 Intelligent lighting control system composition

Ankerui intelligent lighting monitoring system mainly realizes the remote control of the lighting circuit in the public area of the floor of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Xinghua City, Taizhou City. The system has a total of 4 UNITs of ASL100-P640/30, 7 units of ASL100-S4/16, 39 units of ASL100-S2/16, and 17 units of ASL100-S8/16. All intelligent lighting control modules in the field are connected together in a mixed-string parallel manner, using KNX bus communication, so as to complete the intelligent lighting control network of the entire R&D building, and finally realize the communication of the switchboard in the duty room, and complete the data connection of the stage.

ACRY intelligent lighting monitoring system adopts a hierarchical distributed structure, that is, the station control layer, the communication layer and the interval layer;

The spacer equipment layer is mainly: switch driver, these devices correspond to the corresponding primary equipment installed in the electrical cabinet, these devices are through the field KNX bus network communication, to achieve data field acquisition.

The network communication layer is mainly: intelligent lighting gateway, its main function is to centralize the control of the collection device scattered in the field, and at the same time transmit to the station control layer to complete the data interaction between the field layer and the station control layer.

Station control management: equipped with high-performance industrial computers, monitors, UPS power supplies, printers and other equipment. The monitoring system is installed on the computer, and the centralized collection displays the operation status of the field equipment and displays it to the user in the form of human-computer interaction.

The above switch modules are transmitted by KNX bus, generally using 4 wires, and the wiring is simple and convenient.

5 Intelligent lighting control system composition

1. Timing control

Through the clock manager, the timing and automatic management functions of the whole system related to area lighting are realized, and the timing control of public channels, landscape lighting, flood lighting, and garage lighting is realized. Such as blinds timed lifting and lowering, central heating timing adjustment, holiday lighting timing off, timing notification, etc.

2. Scene control

According to the needs of each department, the intelligent lighting control system sets different kinds of scene modes, combines various lighting lights to achieve the effect of beautifying the working environment; combined with the human body sensor, when the personnel leave, turn off all the lighting of the conference room.

3. Real-time monitoring

Central control room, equipped with a central control host, all lighting control equipment, through the KNX gateway, access to the monitoring system, operation and management personnel, through the central control computer, real-time monitoring of bus, area, floor, building and other lighting status, and can be controlled and adjusted according to demand. System drawing tools support vector graphs and multi-layer pages, graphics page zoom is convenient, easy to switch, support DXF, WMF, BMP, JPG, ICON and other graphical objects embedded, support two-dimensional, three-dimensional elements of the drawing, increase the visual space effect.

4. Alarm handling

The system provides alarm processing capabilities, the user can be programmed to complete different tasks, when a certain alarm condition should be done, can be determined by the user.

6. Incident notification

The system provides event notification function, supports email notification, text output and event-driven printing, and can trigger event notification function according to the conditions preset by the user.

7. System linkage

The system can enter the module, accept the strong cut signal of other systems or staff; realize the linkage control of the security system, the broadcast system, the conference system, and even the fire protection system, and control the corresponding lamp lighting and equipment start and stop.

6 Conclusion

With the development of green buildings and intelligent power systems, intelligent lighting monitoring systems have become the favorite choice of multiple users such as key engineering projects, landmark buildings/large public facilities across the country. Since the Acrel-iLightControl intelligent lighting monitoring system was put into operation in Taizhou Xinghua Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, it has created a pleasant lighting effect for customers, saving energy and reducing consumption, benefiting people's physical and mental health, improving work efficiency and improving management level.
