Today, the reporter learned from the Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau that law enforcement officers have found a "new home" for these small animals, and all 54 wild animals confiscated in the "4.14" wild animal illegal trade case have been donated to qingdao zoo.
The donated wild animals are numerous and numerous, divided into four categories, of which 3 Liwen climbing lizards, 13 turtles, 13 Chinese flower turtles, and 25 warty-tailed lizard tigers, a total of 54, are beneficial or have important economic and scientific research value of terrestrial wild animals protected by the state, all of which were confiscated in accordance with law in the case.

In order to find a "new home" for these confiscated small wild animals, the law enforcement detachment actively docked with the functional departments of garden and forestry, deeply studied scientific, safe and prudent disposal methods, established and improved the donation mechanism, formulated the process, plan and measures for the confiscation of wild animal donations after the case administrative punishment, opened up the channels of cooperation, and opened up the "last kilometer" of problem disposal.
Previously, the market supervision department invited the garden and forestry departments to help identify and classify the confiscated wild animals.
