In order to publicize the era style of Chinese postal workers who take the initiative to take the initiative and take an active role in fighting the new crown pneumonia epidemic, show the heroic and persistent spirit of the vast number of postal workers, and the positive contribution of Chinese postal workers to build a well-off society in 2020 in an all-round way, as well as enrich the cultural life of the workers, the trade union of China Post Group decided to organize the "'Fight the epidemic, Ben Xiaokang!'" '—National Postal Workers Mobile Phone Photo Design Contest" activity, the competition was officially launched today, the specific arrangements are as follows:
1. Activity arrangement
(1) Activity content
1. Event name: "'Fight the epidemic, Ben Xiaokang!' '—National Postal Workers Mobile Phone Photo Design Contest"
2. Theme of the event: The event designed eight major photo themes, namely "Anti-epidemic Postal Me", "Xinda Tianxia", "Mission Will Reach", "E-commerce To Help Farmers", "Postal Talk of the Past and Present", "Postal Beauty Family", "Poverty Alleviation" and "Red Postbook".
3. Schedule:
Phase 1: Online Submission July-September 2020;
Phase II: Offline Selection October to November 2020;
Phase III: Exhibition on Display December 2020.
Among them, according to the work arrangements related to the technology network information security of the group company, the start time of the postal savings bank employees' participation was postponed and started on August 15, 2020.
4. Scope of participation: national postal system employees (subject to the information of employees in the database of China Post Network)
5. Participation method: Online photo submission can be participated through the activity portal of the Postal Bank APP, China Post Public Number, and Philatelic Expo Public Account.
6. Special instructions:
(1) The personal information such as "ID card" filled in by participating employees on the activity page is only used for the verification of the employee identity system, and this activity is not retained. After successful verification, the system is identified as a "postal worker", who can participate in the competition activities and enter the participation activity page. When the verification is unsuccessful, the trade unions of each unit can communicate with the manpower of the unit and properly coordinate the processing of the input of employee information in the China Post Network Institute.
(2) Employees participating in the competition activities can only participate once, and the system displays "Upload Successful".
(3) This competition activity has increased the employee welfare self-selection link, after the successful submission of the participation photos, the system automatically returns to the PostLe Network employee welfare coupon, and the employee voluntarily chooses to receive it.
2. Activity review
The review of photo works in the competition is divided into two stages: the preliminary review of shortlisted works and the evaluation of excellent works:
(1) Preliminary examination stage of shortlisted works: carried out in the online system, the three-level review units of the prefectural, municipal, provincial and group trade unions will carry out the review work in turn, and the photo works that pass the three-level review will become the shortlisted works and display them in real time on the system platform.
(2) Excellent works evaluation stage: The review leading group composed of relevant units and departments and relevant experts organized by the group trade union, the "Philatelic Expo" magazine will review the shortlisted works and select the awards of the individual awards; the group trade union will comprehensively score the number of participants in the activities and the awards of each unit according to the technical statistics results, and select the outstanding organizational unit award.
(3) Award setting: 10 outstanding organization awards were set up in the competition activities, and the award certificate was given; 1500 individual awards were set up and material awards were set up.
Individual first prize: 50 winners, 1000 yuan / person;
Individual second prize: 150 winners, 600 yuan / person;
Individual third prize: 300 winners, 300 yuan / person;
Individual Excellence Award: 1000 winners.
The above award-winning units and individuals will receive the award certificate and the "Excellent Portfolio" issued by the competition.

4. Notice to Participation
1. The photo content must meet the requirements of the theme of this activity;
2. Entries are limited to mobile phone shooting works, digital cameras and film cameras or scanned copies of paper works, etc. cannot be entered;
3. The work should be a photo taken by the mobile phone at one time, which can be simple processed on the mobile phone such as brightness, saturation, contrast, and tailoring, and the use of computer software to deeply process the work cannot be participated;
4. The submitted works must be original by the contestants themselves;
5. The submitted works shall comply with the national copyright law and other relevant laws and regulations;
6. All submitted works are deemed to be the author's transfer of copyright and portrait rights to this activity, and designated media for publication, publicity, exhibition, display, etc.;
7. Each employee has only one opportunity to submit a paper, and the same work cannot be submitted repeatedly.
8. Works that violate thematic and technical requirements will be disqualified from display and award.
5. Exhibition of works
1． The shortlisted works that pass the final examination will be displayed on the H5 platform of the competition on a rolling basis;
2． From July to September 2020, the WeChat public account of "Philatelic Expo" will select some shortlisted works with distinct themes and outstanding artistic colors to display every week, and recommend the corresponding works to be displayed on the media platform designated by the organizer;
3. Selected works of the 8th, 9th and 10th issues of Philatelic Expo Magazine;
4． In November 2020, Philatelic Expo magazine will publish the contest "Fighting the Epidemic, Running a Well-off!" --Special issue of the National Postal Workers' Stamp Photo Design Competition (hereinafter referred to as "Excellent Works Collection"), which was publicly distributed nationwide.
5． In December 2020, the China Postal Stamp Museum will hold a special exhibition to display the award-winning works.
