Tea friends think that my old Man'e ancient tree picking, bitterness is too light, the sweetness is high, the key is that she believes that this sweetness is not the sweetness of the tea itself, but the sweetness of fermentation, and this also deliberately made a sweet explanation: sweetness is divided into fermented sweetness and the sweetness of the tea itself. This should mean that our ancient tree picking is too soft, too bitter, and lacks strength. On the whole, these comprehensive performances are either problems with craftsmanship or other aspects, or the trees are not old enough to be truly ancient trees.

For example, mannuo, if a mannuo ancient tree, not bitter or astringent, or even astringent faster than bitter, not only can not prove that this mannuo is a good tea, but even prove that this tea is not mannuo!

But I was actually a little confused. The main question is: the old Man'e picking is not bitter enough, not astringent enough, the sweetness is high, in the end is the original advantage of the old Man'e ancient tree? Or is it that old Man'e is not bitter enough to appear to be old Man'e?
Isn't that ordinary mixed picking, ordinary ancient trees, more in line with the definition of old Man'e? Of course, the reason why I say this is from my point of view, because I understand very well that the process is unified, there is no such flaw as mentioned above, and the final presentation is the true appearance of each kind of tree-age tea!
Then the problem comes out, first, our tea is naturally a standard tea of real materials.
Second, this tea friend is definitely a very senior tea friend, and his understanding of old Man'e is very profound. It is almost expert, but for our real standard ancient tree picking, it is questioned because it is too good, or it does not behave like the taste of the old Man'e ancient tree in the impression. That's a big deal in itself!
This problem is not to say that my tea friends do not understand the old Man'e, nor does this problem mean that my ancient tree picking is fraudulent or the process has changed. It just shows that the master's judgment of this tea has clashed with his original appearance!
Furthermore, we can extend the inference that even our old Man'e expert-level tea friends will question the real old Man'e, and even the advantages we think of can be reasonably described as similar to the shortcomings of the characteristics.
Then as our ordinary tea friends, as our understanding of tea is still shallow tea friends, the shortcomings of a tea are understood as advantages, and the advantages are understood as shortcomings, which is not a small probability event.
