From the Lang Dao Triangle, the basic principles of tao ye education are explained
How can basic education implement cultivation education? For educators, this is a big proposition.
Taoye education is an education that has both unified disciplinary requirements and a wide range of space for the development of personal interests. This characteristic can be summarized as "the combination of a unified subject curriculum guarantee and the free development of personal interests". The fundamental difference between this and infiltration education is that infiltration education is an education that pursues the goal of a unified curriculum to the extreme. Around this extreme goal, the "second-level management" of students' learning activities has been realized. Almost all of the students' energy and time are immersed in the prescribed "unified learning content". Taoye Education, on the other hand, stipulates that the unified curriculum goal is to "pass the standard" instead of pursuing the ultimate. This is one of the most difficult "ideological barriers" for basic education teachers to break through. If every subject teacher wants to make students reach the "extreme" of the subject, the student must be overwhelmed. And the school will fall into a vicious circle of "teaching for a book, testing for a book", and students will not be able to develop their own interests. Fundamentally, this kind of education stifles children's ability to think creatively and creatively and is inefficient. This is the reason why you can't reach it quickly.
Landau, a scientist who won the 1962 Nobel Prize in Physics, drew four geometric figures: the first was an upright sharp-angled isosceles triangle (△); the second was an upright diamond (◇); the third was a triangle with two opposite top angles (B); and the fourth was an inverted triangle (▽). Landau explained that the first indicates that the mind is sharp, the bottom side of the knowledge is wide, such people can make outstanding contributions, such as Newton, Einstein; the second means that the mind is sharp, the bottom side of the knowledge is narrow but the middle is wider, can make a certain contribution, Landau himself belongs to this kind of person; the third indicates the lack of keen mind, but this defect is made up for by the broad and solid basic knowledge, most scientists belong to this type of people; and the fourth means that the top-heavy, narrow knowledge but to face a huge and complex problem, This type of person usually achieves nothing.
The Landau Triangle tells us a basic principle of basic education: there is a difference in human talent. Different talents determine the different directions of human development. Therefore, education cannot force all children to go in the same direction and use exactly the same methods to educate children. In terms of subject education, basic education should be a guaranteed education, and if the basic requirements are met, it will be passed. Then leave each child with enough room for individualized development and create the corresponding conditions for it, so that the bottom edge is wide. For any child, the development of the positive triangle is the most promising development, and the wider the knowledge ability of the bottom edge, the higher the height of development. If we limit the development of children to the "main subjects" of the so-called "outside the number of words", it is inevitable that the fate of "the widow is easy to bend" will not go far.
Taoye education is not just an empty theory, but has a relatively mature and highly operable concrete method. The next article continues with the discussion.
