One dark night, Mom left with Pando and her sister, begging all the way to Daddy's hometown of Shigatse, the northern slope of Mount Everest and a famous mountaineering place throughout the country.

In 1959, at the age of 20, Pando and his teammates climbed the Tangla Fort Peak at an altitude of more than 6,000 meters above sea level in the Nianqing Tanggula Mountains for the first time, and since then, they have begun a never-ending mountaineering career.
Two years later, she began climbing Gonggel Jiubie Peak at an altitude of 7,595 meters in the West Kunlun Mountains of Xinjiang.
Due to the steep road, the team members pulled each other's ropes and trekked hard.
At an altitude of more than 7,000 meters, they suddenly encountered an avalanche, and in an instant it was dark and the blizzard was overwhelming. The ice and snow covered the sky like a tsunami, rolling in, shaking the mountains in an instant, and the sky was dark.

Although he had passed by the god of death, Pando's body was full of injuries, and the protective glasses had long been gone. The pain in his eyes was unbearable, he had snow blindness, he couldn't open his eyes at all, and his feet had lost consciousness.
Pando's body was already scarred and in excruciating pain under the collision with the solid ice and snow, and under the extreme weakness, it was impossible to walk down the mountain alive.
After the avalanche, several of pando's comrades who lived and died have lost their lives. This great grief shattered Pando's heart even more.
Just as Pando was desperate, a familiar voice suddenly sounded in his ear: "Come, I will help you get on the horse." ”
This person turned out to be Captain Deng Jiashan, who cared for himself.
At that moment, Pan Duo had mixed feelings, his eyes were black, and he had no strength at all.
Returning from Gonggel Jiubie Peak, the teammates who lived together day and night were killed, leaving Pando in extreme pain and unable to extricate himself.
Pando suffered frostbite from his toes and all 5 toes were amputated.

Time is pressing, more than a month, Pando to lose more than 20 kilograms of weight, recover physical strength, prepare for climbing Everest.

After a month and a half of hard training, she reached the standard of weight, physical strength and endurance quickly recovered, and the 36-year-old Pando once again became a qualified mountaineer.
Based on many considerations, the leader assigned Pan Duo to the transport team, and her husband Deng Jiashan was assigned to the reconnaissance team.
At this point, Pando was very disappointed and deeply regretted that he had not been assigned to the commando team.
In April 1975, teammates launched their first charge on Everest.
Unfortunately, captain Wu Zongyue disappeared, and a few days later, the team members found his frozen body, and the first team failed to reach the top.
During this period, Pando was in the transport team, with super physical strength and tenacious will to go back and forth to the snowy mountains, delivering supplies for his teammates again and again, always exceeding the task, and was frequently praised.
After Wu Zongyue's death, on May 17, the outstanding Pando was appointed captain and led the second team to Rush to Everest.
During the climbing, the snow mountain ice wall, the wind above level 8, and the extreme lack of oxygen made Pando and his teammates difficult.

After 10 days of arduous climbing, on the morning of May 27, nine commandos came to the second ladder and began a final counter-offensive.
