住一个月至少5万元！事故频出的月子中心，能让宝妈安心吗？

“怀孕很疲惫，生育又很残忍，恢复的过程，那就是难堪。”2020年，韩剧《产后调理院》在描述产后恢复的过程时这样形容。

“坐月子”是中国传统生育习俗。在经历生产的痛苦后，住家月嫂曾是主流解决方案。上世纪末，月子中心这一概念从中国台湾地区传入大陆。直到1999年，北京首家专业月子中心成立，月子中心才开始在中国大陆起步。

月子中心打出的广告，不仅有舒适高端的环境，还有“科学坐月子”的理念、号称专业细致的护理服务，与此同时，新妈妈们还能图个清净，避免与父母辈发生冲突。因此，即使价格昂贵，越来越多女性也不惜为此买单。

有数据显示，北上深杭月子中心价格的中位数都在5万以上，中高档层次的不少于7万，甚至不乏标价20万甚至48万元的“天价”套餐。

月子中心提供的服务都高度相似：每天提供三顿正餐、三顿点心；产科医生、儿科医生定期查房；专业化的母婴护理；还提供婴儿写真、满月Party等附加服务。在月子中心，产妇的感受是头等大事。

随着二孩、三孩政策出台，近年来，月子中心如雨后春笋般涌现。数据显示，中国月子中心市场规模从2013年的17.8亿元增长至2020年的167.6亿元，年均复合增长率在47%左右，预计2023年将达到243亿元。

然而，有业内人士表示，95%的月子中心门店都在亏损中挣扎，硬件投入、房租水电、餐食、人力成本等固定成本高居不下。在已经或曾经上市的5家月子中心中，只有一家能维持微薄利润。

高价之下，“乱象频出”是月子中心的另一个标签。在社交媒体上，不少新手妈妈列出长长的清单，分享自己在预定月子中心时的经验。有网友们对月子中心的“雷区”进行归纳，包括不专业的护理人员、鸡肋的产后修复项目、工作人员频繁出入打扰休息等。

频频登上新闻的各种事故和乱象，让月子中心屡屡陷入信任危机。3月，湖北十堰一家母婴照护会所育婴员虐待婴儿、致28天的婴儿骨折的事件引发关注，将行业乱象再一次摆上台面。

2018年9月，《母婴保健服务场所通用要求》正式实施。该要求从经营管理、从业人员、服务内容、专业技术、争议和投诉等方面提出了通用规范。

但是，该标准属于“国家推荐标准”，并不强制采用。有关月子中心的监管，现在还处于“自律”阶段。
