In terms of organized transformation, both enterprises have introduced advanced technologies at home and abroad to carry out ultra-low emission transformation of the main processes such as blast furnaces, sintering and medium-frequency electric furnaces, ensuring efficient operation, and effectively reducing the emissions of particulate matter, nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide, and the implementation standards are 10 mg/m3, 50 mg/m3 and 35 mg/m3, respectively.
In terms of unorganized transformation, the construction of a fully enclosed shed and bulk material raw material library, equipped with full coverage of fog cannon, spray system, to achieve fully enclosed transportation of raw materials, while installing micro air monitoring station, TSP monitoring, video surveillance and other automatic monitoring equipment, all equipment and ecological environment department network operation, to ensure that the factory area pollutants are monitored without dead ends.
In terms of clean transportation, the implementation of closed-loop management for all transport vehicles, one car and one account, one vehicle and one file, high standards of control of transport vehicles, to ensure that all vehicles meet the requirements of environmental protection control, vehicle environmental protection standards at least for the national V standard, the complete prohibition of agricultural vehicles, non-road mobile machinery and other construction machinery operations, the new purchase of sweepers, sprinklers, 24 hours of uninterrupted cleaning of roads inside and outside the site.
After the completion of the ultra-low emission transformation task, the pollutant emissions of the two enterprises have dropped significantly, which not only laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprises themselves, but also made positive contributions to the ecological environmental protection cause of Gaoping City.
