Xie Jianjun, chairman of Huaiyin Time Co., Ltd., reported on the fire fighting facilities and equipment of the Cultural and Creative Park, and the operation of the fire control room. At the same time, the transformation of fire protection and building structures in the existing building transformation functional places of the Cultural and Creative Park was introduced.

It is necessary to earnestly strengthen the safety investigation of key groups, key places, and key links, strengthen emergency duty, strengthen emergency drills, establish rapid response and disposal mechanisms, and strive to provide a safe and secure environment for the masses.
Huaiyin Time Cultural and Creative Park focuses on promoting the integration and agglomeration of creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and venture capital, and the infiltration and interaction of three formats of art and culture, historical craft memory, and citizen leisure, and the layout of the park is generally divided into four major areas: A, B, C and D, covering art centers, handicrafts, catering and cuisine, education and training, leisure and entertainment, etc. The park has built the city's first modern three-dimensional parking lot, which can accommodate a total of 162 parking spaces.
The reconstructed Huaiyin Time Cultural and Creative Park is the only multicultural space in Huai'an that integrates culture, creativity, art and leisure.
