In recent years, around the high-end special steel market, casting and forging companies have continuously reserved technical capabilities, improved the level of equipment intelligence, and optimized the production process. Since 2020, it has mastered the production technology of high-end special steel such as mold steel, wear-resistant steel and high-strength steel; intelligent production methods such as casting and forging brain, intelligent steel pouring truck, slag picker and 5G crane for special steel production line. VOD vacuum refining technology is another important measure for casting and forging companies to enhance the production capacity of high-end special steel, mainly used in the production of ultra-low carbon stainless steel, and is a key research and development project of casting and forging companies in 2021.
