The development of the first (set) localization Asian silicon industry project NO8810 material cold hydrogenation reactor was completed, which realized domestic substitution, further improved the professional manufacturing capacity and level of Lanshi, and achieved new breakthroughs in the field of new energy such as domestic polysilicon.
The cold hydrogenation reactor is the core equipment of the qinghai sub-silicon polysilicon phase I project, and is the first (set) domestic thick-walled NO8810 nickel-based alloy equipment. With strong technical background, advanced manufacturing technology and perfect quality assurance system, Lanshi Group and Qinghai Asia Silicon Industry jointly developed the first (set) domestically produced NO8810 material cold hydrogenation reactor. In the manufacturing process, Lanshi Group scientifically formulated the process plan, strictly controlled the process quality control, carefully organized the production and manufacturing, and successively conquered more than 10 technical problems such as the special thick-walled NO8810 nickel-based material, the control of the content of carbon, aluminum and titanium elements, the welding is easy to produce thermal cracks, the assembly accuracy of the internal parts is high and the overall heat treatment is difficult, and after 4 months of intense production, the first product was successfully completed.
In recent years, Lanshi Group has actively promoted the transformation from traditional equipment manufacturing to new energy equipment manufacturing, and has successively obtained orders for the manufacture of 13 sets of large thick-walled NO8810 material reactors from Asia Silicon Industry, Oriental Hope and Xinjiang Daquan, and developed and completed the core pressure vessel equipment such as cold hydrogenation reactors, gas-gas heat exchangers, towers, ball tanks, and reducing furnaces for polysilicon projects in the domestic new energy field, laying a solid foundation for the Group to further expand the equipment manufacturing in the field of new energy.
