Both King Sihanouk and Khieu Samphan were prominent figures of the last century, and their deeds have been written into Cambodia's recent history. King Sihanoukville was born in 1922, Khieu Samphan was born in 1931, and King Sihanouk was 9 years older than Jausenpan. Now King Sihanouk has been dead for many years, and Jyotsampan is still in prison at the age of 90.
Born into a wealthy family, Jonsamphan was brilliant and had excellent grades from an early age. In 1953, Jausampan went to Paris, France, to study law and economics at public expense. In 1959, Khieu Samphan received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Paris.
In 1959, Khieu Samphan returned to China as a teacher at the University of Phnom Penh. Khieu Samphan was already more successful than the others, but he was not satisfied and ambitious, so he started a magazine to criticize Sihanouk's rule, and the following year the journal was banned and Jyothamphan was arrested and imprisoned.
However, King Sihanouk was tolerant, and Khieu Samphan was released within a few days of imprisonment and elected to Parliament, serving as Secretary of State for Commerce, Minister of Economy, and Minister of Commerce.
Having become a dignitary, Jousampan is not satisfied, he hooks up with Pol Pot in the jungle, and flees into the jungle after the East Window incident. Needless to say, everyone knows what happened. Khieu Samphan became the fifth person in Chi Kam, aiding and abetting abuse, and in 2014, Khieu Samphan was sentenced to life in prison. In 2018, Khieu Samphan was convicted of genocide for the first time.
All his life, Khieu Samphan was entangled with King Sihanouk, who was kind to him, gave him the cost of studying abroad, and made him an official, but he betrayed King Sihanouk and took revenge.
During the three years that King Sihanouk was placed under house arrest by Pol Pot, the task of visiting King Sihanouk was given to Khieu Samphan, who did not like to see King Sihanouk, and Jousson Pan became a microphone between Pol Pot and King Sihanouk.
