It is understood that Xuchang City successfully strives for a winter clean heating project in the northern part of the country in 2021, and the project implementation period is 3 years.

According to statistics, since 2017, the central government has issued a total of 13.2 billion yuan of funds from Henan Province to support 11 cities in Henan Province to carry out clean heating transformation and operation in the northern region in winter, laying a solid foundation for ensuring that the masses are warm through the winter and improving the quality of the atmospheric environment.
