According to the circular, the Zhongshan Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized supervision and sampling of nine major categories of food in the food production and operation links within Zhongshan City, including catering food, fried food and nut products, egg products, soy products, convenience foods, grain processing products, meat products, sugar and edible agricultural products, a total of 257 batches, 249 batches of qualified samples, and 8 batches of unqualified samples. The inspection basis is carried out in accordance with the "Guangdong Provincial Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Implementation Rules".
