1. Yellow bud tea (Junshan silver needle, Mengding yellow bud, Mogan yellow bud, etc.)
1/ Junshan silver needle is produced in Dongting Mountain, also known as Junshan, in Yueyang, Hunan. The shape of the bud head is fat and straight, evenly aligned, full of fur, golden and bright in color, called "gold inlaid jade". The inner texture is fresh and fresh, the soup color is light yellow, the taste is sweet, the soup color is light yellow, and the bottom of the leaf is yellow. Beigang Maojian is produced in Beigang, Yueyang City, Hunan Province, the cord is tightly knotted and curly, the pekoe is revealed, the aroma is high, the taste is mellow, it is resistant to brewing, and there is still an aftertaste after three or four times of brewing.
The fresh leaves of yellow tea are picked as one bud with three or four leaves or one bud with four or five leaves. (Anhui Huoshan Huangda Tea and Guangdong Yeqing)
1/ Huoshan yellow buds are produced in Huoshan, Anhui, resembling finch tongue, buds and leaves are delicate, multi-millimeter, yellow and green in color. After brewing, there is a ripe chestnut aroma, the taste is mellow and sweet, the soup color is yellow, green and bright, and the bottom of the leaf is bright and tender.
2/ Guangdong Big Leaf Green takes the fresh leaves of large-leaf tea plants as raw materials and picks them as one bud with three or four leaves. Mainly overseas Chinese sales. The shape is fat and curly, the body is heavy and heavy, and the color is green and yellowish or bluish brown. The aroma is pure, the soup color is dark yellow and bright, the taste is mellow and sweet, the leaf bottom is light yellow, and the buds and leaves are complete.
