In March this year, the output of butyl rubber of Panjin Xinhui New Materials Co., Ltd. exceeded 10,000 tons, setting a record for the highest monthly output since the commissioning of the commission, and the operation of the enterprise showed a stable and good development trend.
Since the commissioning of Panjin Xinhui on August 18, 2020, it has continuously transformed the production process, standardized the operation process, significantly improved the production efficiency of the enterprise, and the single-month output has continued to grow, reaching a peak in March this year. Nowadays, the enterprise has achieved full load operation, which fully demonstrates the good effect of scientific and technological achievements in supporting the development of enterprises.
In the future, Panjin Xinhui plans to adopt the world's advanced level of propylene oxide / tert-butanol (PO / TBA) co-production technology developed by Tsinghua Institute of Industry and Research, invest 2.5 billion yuan to build PO (300,000)/TBA (1.08 million) devices and their supporting facilities, and form a regional optimization with surrounding enterprises to form a million tons of raw material optimization and mutual supply, and is expected to increase the output value by 5 billion yuan.
This will realize the extension of butyl rubber devices to the upstream industrial chain, and can also provide basic raw materials for surrounding fine chemical new material enterprises.
