On June 23, Tianjin Port Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tianjin Binhai Airport to fully implement the national strategy of beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development and jointly build the "Belt and Road", thoroughly implement the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on inspecting Tianjin Port and the spirit of important instructions on civil aviation work, aim at the functional positioning of the northern international shipping hub and international air logistics center, give full play to the functional advantages of Tianjin Seaport and Airport, promote the formation of a linkage development effect, promote the construction of a new development pattern, and serve the construction of Tianjin's "twin cities" and "dual center" cities.

According to the agreement, the two sides, in line with the principle of "complementary advantages, co-construction and sharing, win-win cooperation and linkage development", focus on the implementation of the functional positioning of "one base and three districts" in Tianjin, continuously enhance the functions of "double circulation", "twin cities" and "double center", strive to build a world-class smart port and green port with reasonable layout, perfect system, efficient service and integrated development of port city, and strive to build a world-class logistics development highland of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei airport cluster, an important node of global air logistics and an air logistics supply chain management center.
