From Zun Kong to Zi Kong, how did Confucius's lineage of Yan Sheng Gong get off the altar? The yan sheng gong line originated from the two sects of yan sheng gong, the southern sect abandoned the temple and fled south, and the northern emperor surrendered to the Mongolian Qing to descend to the Qing

In the thousands of years of history of the Chinese nation, dynasties are always changing, and every change of dynasty will be accompanied by a bloody storm, and the families of the former rulers and former courtiers will basically be doomed. But no matter how the dynasties change, there is a family that is always highly respected, and after the kings of the past ascend the throne, they will give priority to their families. It is the Kong clan to which Confucius belonged.

Since Confucianism was established as orthodox, the status of Confucius has also steadily improved, and eventually developed from three thousand disciples to the master of Confucianism in the world. Confucius's Kong clan was also highly respected, and his descendants were even named Yan Sheng Gong in the Song Dynasty. In recent years, however, the Yan Sheng Gong yi line has been criticized and considered to be "eating inside and outside", which is detrimental to the name of Confucius Sage.

What's going on, let's move on.

During the reign of Emperor Renzong of Song, a doctor named Zu Wuxuan suddenly wrote to Song Renzong: "According to the previous history, Confucius posthumously attacked the seals, in the Han Wei Dynasty, he was praised, honored, and Zongsheng, in the Jin And Song Dynasties, later Wei Yue chongsheng, Northern Qi Yue Gongsheng, Hou Zhou, Sui and Zou Guo, Tang Chu Yue Praised Sheng, Kaiyuan Zhong, first posthumously posthumously honored Confucius as the King of Wenxuan, and then posthumously as the Duke of Wenxuan. It is not possible to add heirs to the ancestors".

That is to say, Zu Wuxuan believed that during the Tang Dynasty Confucius was posthumously named "King Wenxuan", and then he had been allowed to let the title of "King Wenxuan" be inherited by his descendants, which was inappropriate and disrespectful to Confucius, so the emperor should order the return of "Wenxuangong" to Confucius and give his descendants a new title.

Song Renzong also felt that it was quite reasonable after listening to it, so he crowned Kong Zong's wish at that time, that is, the 45th grandson of Confucius, as the Yansheng Gong, and allowed the descendants to inherit, in this way, the Kong Mansion at that time also became the YanSheng Gongfu. As for the position of Yan Sheng Gong, although it only had the authority of eight pins in the Song Dynasty, it was also full of gold content because of its strong cultural appeal.

In the last year of the Northern Song Dynasty, the Jin army marched south to attack the capital of the Northern Song Dynasty, and the two fathers and sons of Song Huizong and Song Qinzong, who had just left office, were arrested. After learning that the Jin army had broken through the Northern Song Dynasty, King Zhao Of Kang was so frightened that he fled down the river to Hangzhou and established the Southern Song Dynasty. At that time, Kong Duanyou, a contemporary Yansheng gong who was far away in Qufu, Shandong, also took a group of people to carry the statue of Confucius under the slogan of following the son of heaven at the time of national crisis, and fled to the south. In order to distinguish it from the later Northern Sect, Kong Duanyou became the Southern Sect.

In order to stabilize the hearts and minds of the people, the Jin army, which had just overthrown the Northern Song Dynasty, supported a man named Liu Yu and established a puppet Qi regime. In order to win over the minds of the scholar class, Liu Yu intended to establish Kong Duanyou's nephew Kong Fan as the Duke of Yansheng, and Kong Fan became the Northern Sect Of the Yan Shenggong, and the Yan ShengGong was thus divided into two sects, the North and the South. However, after a while, the rulers of the Jin army found that supporting the false emperor was simply superfluous, so they abolished the puppet Qi, established the Jin State, and became the emperor himself.

There was also no resistance to the transition from the pseudo-Qi Yan Sheng Gong to the Yan Sheng Gong of the Jin Kingdom, and the Northern Sect Yan Sheng Gong also survived for more than a hundred years.

After the Mongol army occupied the Central Plains, Kong Yuancuo, the then Emperor of the Northern Sect, moved to Beijing with the Jin army. Out of the same idea as the Jin army, after occupying Qufu, he was not willing to be lonely and pulled a Kong Yuan to use as a Mongolian Yan Shenggong. At this point, with the three-way stalemate of Jin Yuansong, Yan Sheng Gong had three at once.

After the Mongols destroyed jin, Kong Yuancuo, the Northern Emperor Yan Shenggong, was brought back by the Mongol army, so he continued to be named the Northern Emperor Yan Shenggong, in opposition to the Southern Sect, while the previous Mongolian Yan Shenggong was given the title of Qufu County Order.

Perhaps because the experience of these years was really absurd, before the Southern Song Dynasty collapsed, the Northern Sect Kong Yuancuo people disappeared. In this autumn of national peril, the descendants of Confucius, who have enjoyed respect for hundreds of years since the Western Han Dynasty, not only did not have great righteousness first, but also repaid the country by example. Moreover, in order to become the Northern Sect Yan ShengGong, he began to expose each other's relatives Laodi, flattered the Mongols to the extreme, and sharply accused the clan of improper blood, which led to the Yan Sheng Gong at that time changing again and again.

Seeing this scene of large-scale farce, Kublai Khan also laughed and said, "Wait and wait, we must try our best to read hard, if you are talented, you can be crowned an official."

After the fall of the Southern Song Dynasty, Kong Mo, the Duke of Nanzong Yan, was also recovered, and the Yan Sheng Gong finally merged into one. Originally, Kublai Khan wanted him to become a contemporary Yan ShengGong, but Kong Mo resigned to the descendants of Qufu. And his resignation is probably also the last stubbornness of the Yan Sheng Gong line.

In 1644, Li Zicheng attacked Beijing, and in order to save the people in the city, the Chongzhen Emperor chose to hang himself on the coal mountain, and the Ming Dynasty fell. In October of the same year, the Shunzhi Emperor ascended the throne in Beijing, unifying the Central Plains.

In order to please the Shunzhi Emperor, Kong Yanzhi, the sixty-fourth generation of Yansheng Gong, who was enthroned by the Chongzhen Emperor, wrote to the Shunzhi Emperor the next day and declared him a vassal in a Confucian orthodoxy. And he touted this Manchu Qing monarch, saying that the mountains and rivers were the same as the sun and the moon, and the country would always exist, and anyway, the Shunzhi Emperor was very happy to hear it. The Shunzhi Emperor was overjoyed, and let him continue to become the first Yan Shenggong of the Qing Dynasty from the last Yan ShengGong of Daming.

And in order to make him an example, Yan Sheng Gong was an official residence in the Qing Dynasty, and he could even see that the emperor did not have to bow down and could run horses in the imperial garden.

Confucian

If you come from a humble background, you will eventually be forced to surrender, and no one will say anything. Probably because the previous Yan Sheng Gong has always enjoyed the benefits brought by the state, and as a result, when the country or even the nation is in danger, it only needs to change the court and escape the disaster. However, when they changed the court, their integrity was completely lost, and they smeared a lot of black for The Sage kong, and even gave a bad evaluation of "seventy-two family slaves and twenty-five courtiers".
