How to become a qualified "Chinese worker", Professor Li Weining, Director of the MBA Program, and Associate Professor Yu Jianjun, Director of the MEM Program, answered and guided the new students in the subsequent "Training Program Explanation" session.
Professor Li Weining, director of the MBA program, focused on several aspects such as "training process", "curriculum setting", "assessment requirements" and "learning suggestions", and led the students to clarify the "what to learn" and "how to learn" of MBA from the macro level and in an all-round way. Professor Li Weining earnestly advised all MBA freshmen that being admitted to the MBA does not mean reaching the other side of victory, but only the starting point of a new journey.
Associate Professor Yu Jianjun, director of the MEM project, explained the training plan for the MEM freshmen of the class of 2021, from the project overview to the training characteristics, from the curriculum to the thesis requirements, Associate Professor Yu Jianjun gave a detailed explanation to help the students fully understand the learning goals and plans for the next three years.

At noon, the "Face to Face with Seniors" campaign initiated by the MBA Federation was launched as scheduled. The MBA Consortium is a stage for MBAers to express themselves and a bridge between students and projects. Tan Zhendong, president of the 16th MBA Federation, introduced the overall structure, special activities and past style of the Federation to the new students, and encouraged the students and sisters to actively participate in the activities of the Federation and show their style.
Subsequently, the heads of each club took turns to show the new students the various activities and diverse platforms of each club one by one, providing a path and possibility for new students to show themselves and connect with others.
