Yu Minzi graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of Hubei Academy of Fine Arts. The fourth is to uphold fairness and justice, strictly select discipline, and jointly create a clean and healthy atmosphere of judging, and the works evaluated must be responsible for history and stand the test of time. He said that the selection of the national film festival is the need for the prosperity and development of China's photography industry, and it is also an effective way for the photography industry to produce talents and fine products. Cultivate the feelings of the people, strengthen professional standards, tell Chinese stories well, spread Chinese strength, and hope that the selection of this national film festival will not live up to the expectations of photographers across the country, and give history a qualified and wonderful answer.
Starting from this issue, we will appreciate the art of the 28th National Photography Exhibition. Since I did not use the original film for appreciation, the pixels are limited, and the understanding and interpretation of the work may be inappropriate. Although the art class has different criteria for examination from the documentary class, due to the different understandings of the contributors, some works may be in the conceptual blur range, which does not affect our study of the works, because the photographic works are consistent in conveying the expression of ideas.
Anhui Province-Cui Jianling-《Yellow River Ancient Road: Blossoming toward the Sun》
The first work is Cui Jianling of Anhui Province, "Yellow River Ancient Road : Sunflower Blossoms". This work is a study of the American photographer Ansel Adams's Moonrise, using black and white tones as a way of expression. In order to highlight the atmosphere of the sky, the upper part is specially blackened to highlight the sun. The black tone of the sky contrasts with the sunflower leaves in the lower part. The disadvantage is that the upper part of the sky is slightly rigid and lacks a flexible atmosphere. Beijing Municipality-Huang Qingjun-"The Belongings of Poverty-alleviated Villagers"

Through planning involved, household utensils are placed in an orderly manner in front of the characters. The environment behind the characters also shows that the head of the household has been lifted out of poverty. The picture chooses warm tones and reduces the influence of light and shadow on the picture object. The overall picture does not have particularly bright and dark parts. The author has a very full consideration for the ambient light when shooting, and where the light is not enough, the appropriate fill light is carried out. Only the light and shadow of the refrigerator part are a little strange and worth careful study.
Fujian Province-Li Jing-"Guardian"

However, the intention and theme of this work are relatively accurate, which meets the requirements of the main theme of the times. The six posters on the wall are a plus, which adds a layer to the expression and meaning of the picture itself.
Jiangsu Province-Li Yulong-"Maple Flowers SplashIng Over Fireworks"
The seventh work of Li Yulong of Jiangsu Province, "Maple Flowers SplashIng Victory Fireworks". This work uses the technique of imitation. Artistic works are much more complicated when appreciated. Mainly because the author's starting point is different, his thinking process and thought exposition will also be very different. When understanding, we need better empathy, why it is made this way. And what is the reason for the judges' choice. It is necessary to remind everyone that in the large-scale exhibition review, the judges of a work often only look at 3-5 seconds, and then catching the eyeballs is the key to passing the first two rounds.
Beijing Municipality-Ben Shuai-"At Home"
The eleventh work of Beijing Ben Shuai "Home". The author uses symbolic expression to illustrate the story of the fight against the epidemic at home. In the picture, turnips, galloping horses, and birds painted on the wall are all wearing masks, which means that even animals and plants need to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control. The damaged mask on the disinfectant means that the virus may still break the mask, and the disinfectant is only a supplementary means. On the one hand, the vegetables and fruits on the ground mean that people lie down and rest, and it also means that this is the most common food for people during the period of home isolation. The closed foam packaging box means that the home is closed and does not go out. The picture takes the light from the left and faces the masked horse and turnip in the focus of the picture to the left, which is to show the vision of light and the future. Fujian Province-Jiang Lurong-"Guarding the Gate of the Nation"

Guangdong Province-Liang Lichang-"Miaoyun Shenghui"

Hebei Province-Zhang Lifeng-"Instant"

Its intention is consistent with the texture of the earth. Judging from the abstract picture, part of its blue texture has a snakeskin-like feeling, and the overall texture has the feeling of hair. But less obviously. This work is more of a space for imagination. The downside is that the title is slightly far-fetched. Sichuan Province - Wang Qi - "Moaning Glacier"

Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region - Pan Xinhua - Pastoral Song of Tianshan Mountains
The nineteenth work is Pan Xinhua's "Pastoral Song of Tianshan Mountain" in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. This is a typical highland style work. In fact, art works have more diversified presentation methods, which can be simple and clear, or they can be extremely complex. But I think the key is still in the transmission of ideas, too cumbersome is not conducive to the cognitive interpretation of the work, too simple works can not make readers think more.
If art photography only pursues the brilliance of color and the change of light and shadow, it will be the end of the end. We must know what art is! The origin of art is creation, and the core idea is still expression. Unlike documentary, which pursues records more, art has always been based on itself.
Beijing Municipality- Liu Zhen - Orion Nebula
The twenty-first work of Beijing Liu Zhen's "Orion Nebula". This work belongs to the category of starry sky photography, and we are under the impression that it should be photographed through a space telescope. Technically unpicky, this is beyond the scope of what most people can do. In terms of composition, the red heart-like nebula in the picture is exactly on the golden section point, and there is a blue nebula on the left side that echoes it, and the surrounding coffee-colored nebula wraps the heart-shaped nebula, which assists visual focus. The second focus of the picture is in the middle of the picture, where there are both white highlights, the collision of small red spheres and large heart nebulaes, and the convergence of coffee nebulaes, which play a role in supplementing the first focus. The upper right and lower left corners are slightly empty, leaving the picture for exit, similar to the blank space in Chinese paintings. The downside is that this work is shocking enough, but there are too few information stories we can understand, and we need professionals to interpret the story behind each nebula for us. The nebula shape in the picture does not provide enough imagination.
Fujian Province-Xie Yueni-《Shuxiangrun Sanming》
The twenty-second work of Xie Yueni of Fujian Province is "Shuxiangrun Sanming". This work should have been filmed at a book fair. Ten columns of red tables filled with books form a horizontal composition of the picture, giving the reader a visual sense of form. Guangdong Province-Guan Qi-"Breaking the Shackles"

The picture of this work and the title echo better, and the visual focus of the picture is concentrated and reflects the title. It's just that the overall situation is slightly bland.
Henan Province- Liang Weiguo", "Dream"
The twenty-fifth work is Liang Weiguo's "Dream" in Henan Province.
