In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the reform effect of classroom teaching in grass-roots schools, improve the teaching and scientific research ability of the school, and promote the growth of young teachers, on October 19, Zhu Shouan, director of the Teaching and Research Office of Hanbin District, led a team of experts to go to the four-in-one nine-year school in Wuli Town to investigate and guide the school's education and teaching work.
The survey was conducted by going deep into the classroom to listen to lessons, organizing teacher exchanges, and holding symposiums. The subjects studied were primary and secondary school ethics and rule of law, mathematics and junior high school English. The classroom teaching demonstration adopts the "one lesson, two upper" mode. Five teachers from the four-in-nine-year school first demonstrated the examples of the seminar, among which Teacher Chen Xiaoqun taught the seventh-grade mathematics class "Division of Rational Numbers", and Ms. Liu Ting taught the seventh-grade English class "Unit3 Is this your pencil?" Section A (1a-1c), Ms. Liu Wenya taught the seventh grade ethics and rule of law class "Deep and Shallow Words friendship, online less friendship new time and space", Dai Yongduo taught the fifth grade math class "Numbers with Letters", and Teacher Zhao Long taught the second grade ethics and rule of law class "Class Life has rules". At the end of the first lecture, the corresponding subject experts comment on the lesson examples, and guide the instructors to reflect on the revision of the teaching design and courseware, followed by the second lecture, and then the experts guide them twice.
In the group discussion session, the five instructors respectively reflected on the teaching content, teaching objectives, teaching difficulties, teaching law, teaching ideas and post-teaching reflection. Then, the experts commented on the determination of teaching objectives, knowledge presets and generation, breakthroughs in teaching difficult knowledge, pre-class introduction design, the use of classroom diversified evaluation language and the optimization of classroom teaching details, and put forward guiding opinions and suggestions for subject teaching.
