It is reported that the National Aquatic Wildlife Conservation Science Popularization Month has been held for eight consecutive years since its launch in 2010. Review the newly revised Wildlife Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, which contains relevant provisions on relevant violations. Liu Zhiyong, director of the Fu'an Municipal Bureau of Oceanography and Fisheries, said that aquatic wildlife is an important part of the biological chain, but driven by interests, illegal capture, trafficking and other illegal acts have been repeatedly prohibited, directly damaging the ecological environment on which we live.
Liu Xuefeng, head of the ecology section of the Fu'an Municipal Procuratorate, also has a similar view: "Protecting wild animals is the common responsibility of human beings, but due to the weak concept of the legal system of a small number of people, illegal and criminal acts of destroying wildlife resources still occur from time to time." Only through continuous propaganda can the masses understand what can be done and what cannot be done. (Zheng Zuhui, Municipal Party Committee Reporting Group)
