In this cycle, the water does not lose a single drop, and everything grows and survives. Therefore, the principle of climate change is first known, and the way of ecological restoration is known later.
The rationale for climate change is the cycle of water vapor. The ocean evaporates, the water vapor rises, travels inland, and rains. However, as the temperature of the atmosphere rises, the evaporation of the oceans becomes more intense, so why is the inland more and more arid? A: It's because you're stuck in a vicious circle.

Therefore, it is known that the method of water storage should also be rationalized from this point, and it is not appropriate to cut off water as if it were a festival.
