Sun Guoqing, former organization director of the Hengshui County CPC Committee

Sun Guoqing (1917-1988) was a native of Zhongdai Village, Hengshui County, and joined the Communist Party of China in July 1937 when he joined the Anti-Japanese Iron Blood Eradication Group in the North District of Hengshui County. He once served as the secretary of the five district party committees of Hengshui County, the director of the organization department of the Hengshui County CPC Committee, the director of the armed forces of the county party committee, and the director of the Armed Forces Committee. During the Liberation War, he successively served as the military director of the Fifth Sub-district of Southern Hebei, the chief of the military section of the Armed Forces Department of the Hengshui Prefectural Committee, and the chief of the headquarters of the Hengshui Military Region. He was honored in the Battle of Taiyuan. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he served as the chief of the personnel section of the Hebei Provincial Water Conservancy Department, the deputy secretary of the party committee of the provincial construction and installation company, the secretary of the party committee of the provincial first construction company, and other positions, and served as the director of the second office of the Hebei Provincial Construction Commission and the Provincial Economic Commission, the deputy director of the Infrastructure Construction Bureau of the Provincial Planning Commission, the director of the construction department of the Provincial Economic Commission, and the commander of the "503" command headquarters. During the "Cultural Revolution", he was sent to the countryside of Dacheng County to settle down. In September 1971, he resumed his work and was arranged to serve in the Party School of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee. In 1974, he served as the director of the management office of the Shuangfengshan Revolutionary Cemetery in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, and the secretary of the party branch, and in 1982, he was appointed as an adviser to the Civil Affairs Bureau of Hebei Province, and died in 1988 at the age of 71.
