Xu Guang, vice governor of Henan Province, was investigated and ruled Zhoukou for 11 years

According to the news of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission and the State Supervision Commission on the 24th, Xu Guang, a member of the party leading group of the Henan Provincial Government and vice governor of Henan Province, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision and investigation by the State Supervision Commission of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission.

Xu Guang has served in Hebi City for a long time, serving as the secretary of the Hebi Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Youth League, the county magistrate and secretary of the county party committee of Qi county, the standing committee member and secretary general of the Hebi Municipal Party Committee, the executive vice mayor of Hebi City, and in 2001 he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Anyang Municipal Party Committee and executive vice mayor of the Municipal Government.

In 2003, Xu Guang began to serve as deputy secretary of the Zhoukou Municipal Party Committee, in 2006 as the mayor of Zhoukou, and in 2011 as the secretary of the Zhoukou Municipal Party Committee, and successively presided over Zhoukou for 11 years. In January 2017, during the change of government of Henan Province, Xu Guang was elected vice governor of Henan Province, and thus promoted to the rank of vice minister.

They have a long history of working with Xu Guang.

According to the official website of the Henan Provincial Government, Xu Guang's last attendance at the event was on August 16, when he led the responsible comrades of the relevant departments directly under the provincial government to the construction sites of some provincial key projects to supervise and promote the construction of the project.

Among the vice governors, Xu Guang ranked third, responsible for natural resources, housing and urban and rural construction, transportation, and key project construction.
