As the saying goes, everything is difficult at the beginning, today is the first day of summer volunteer teaching, the summer support teaching that I have been looking forward to for a long time has finally arrived, and on this first day, I am tired and happy.
The process of preparing the lesson plan is cumbersome and needs to be constantly polished, to do time allocation, do not waste every minute and every second, the lesson plan is the most powerful tool for teachers, through the lesson plan I can do zero distance communication with students, can face to face to impart their own knowledge to students, in the process of doing the lesson plan, I carefully grind, and strive to make every chapter can give students the deepest impression, every interaction can mobilize students' interest in learning. The process of making lesson plans made me feel a deep sense of responsibility as a teacher to teach and solve problems. In the process of teaching, students will ask some expansive questions, even if there is not much intersection with the study of this chapter, I will explain it, let him understand the meaning, the purpose is to hope that he can integrate the knowledge points, the solution of knowledge points can be handy. Today's day of teaching makes me a little overwhelmed, but I always cherish this hard-won opportunity to temper. Despite the training, I was still powerless with the cumbersome variety of documents and scoring mechanisms.
