In order to strengthen the standardized management of off-campus training institutions, promote the implementation of the "double reduction" policy. Recently, the Haishu District Market Supervision Bureau, together with the District Education Bureau, the District Civil Affairs Bureau, and the Haishu Fire rescue brigade, carried out cross-departmental double random joint inspections of new oriental, Bohong, Xinzhuangyuan and other off-campus training institutions, inspecting a total of 31 off-campus training institutions, accounting for 9.53% of all licensing institutions, including 24 disciplines and 7 non-disciplines.
This double random spot check focuses on whether the off-campus training institution has done a good job in publicizing the information on training fees; whether there is any illegal advertising behavior of off-campus training that exaggerates the training effect, misleads the public education concept, and creates parental anxiety; whether the content of the license is complete; whether the actual school-running content is consistent with the content of the license; the on-site health management of the training institution and whether it meets the requirements of fire supervision and inspection.
“
It is reported that among the 31 off-campus training institutions inspected this time, 7 have closed their doors, 1 has suspended business, and 3 have not been illuminated, and the rest are generally in good condition. For the two units that found that the training fee was not publicized and published advertisements that violated social order and good customs, the law enforcement personnel have asked them to order corrections on the spot.
In the next step, the Haishu District Bureau will continue to adhere to the combination of guidance and law enforcement, carry out "looking back" actions from time to time, continuously strengthen the rectification of off-campus training institutions, standardize the business behavior of training institutions, and ensure the safety and standardized operation of off-campus training institutions in the jurisdiction.
