This industrial park, jointly operated by Junfengyuan Cooperative, Three Brothers Cooperative and New Year Feng Cooperative, adopts the model of "enterprise + cooperative + farmer", so that farmers can truly participate and become the main body of rural revitalization.

Since 2017, the three cooperatives have transferred to 1,100 mu of land through the village-level "land bank", and villagers can not only get the circulation rent, but also work in the park to earn salaries, and also share dividends from the "three changes" reform. At the same time, the three cooperatives have subcontracted the under-forest land and greenhouses to farmers with planting technology and development capabilities, providing seeds, technologies, sales and other services, so that farmers can operate with confidence and increase income.

A few years ago, Shi Minglan, a villager in Feijiawan Village, had a tight life because her husband was sick for many years and her family lacked financial resources. Although it is a family with a record of lika, it has always enjoyed policy-oriented care, but it has not been able to find a way to get rich that is suitable for this family. In 2017, Shi Minglan's family, like most of the lika households in the village, joined the Junfengyuan Professional Cooperative in the form of land shares. Because of her diligence and goodness, Shi Minglan was jointly elected as a manager by the owner of the cooperative and the villagers, and had a stable income every month.

Nowadays, the life of the Shi Minglan family is also booming with the development of the cooperative. "I now have a salary of 2,600 yuan per month, and my husband also works in the cooperative to earn money when he is idle, plus land circulation and two dividends, and he has an income of more than 50,000 yuan a year." Shi Minglan said.

For most of the villagers in Feijiawan Village, they work in their own fields on the one hand, and on the other hand, they steadily collect the land circulation funds and the dividends of the cooperative. During the interview, the reporter learned that since 2016, land circulation into shares, the development of characteristic industries, the nearby migrant workers, etc., have become the main channels for local villagers to increase their income.

"Give full play to the professional advantages of cooperatives, integrate production, processing and sales, and through industrial drive, let more and more farmers participate, and eventually expand the scale of industry." Chen Guanghua, secretary of the party committee of Longquan Temple Town, said that the task of rural revitalization is heavy and the road is long, poverty alleviation is not the goal, and only rural areas and peasants who rely on industry can have no worries about food, clothing, and food, and can develop steadily. The hawthorn industry in Longquansi Town has opened up a new way to solve the subsequent development of these villages from cultivation to development.

My family has 4 acres of land, and in the past, it was basically corn and wheat, and the land became worse and worse, and the harvest became less and less. For a long time, corn has been the "protagonist" of this village, and the villagers are aware of the low yield and low efficiency of corn, especially the low contribution rate to poverty alleviation. But it is difficult for people to abandon the traditional planting habits and still plant year after year. Liu Xinliang, a villager in Feijiawan Village, Longquan Temple Town, said that he planted hawthorn trees after planting corn for more than 10 years three years ago.

Three years ago, Longquansi Town adjusted the planting structure model of traditional crops such as corn and wheat for a long time, and planted thousands of acres of hawthorn trees and other cash crops. In order to encourage the villagers to change to hawthorn trees, the "two committees" of Feijiawan Village took the initiative to do a good job in the villagers' ideological work before spring ploughing. Liu Xinliang was not far behind, and he and his wife began to level the cultivated land from the first month, planting one hawthorn sapling after another into their own farmland. In autumn, when a hawthorn tree hung out a "golden fruit", Liu Xinliang showed a smile on his face. At that time, liu Xinliang's family's hawthorn income alone reached 30,000 yuan.
