If you understand it yourself, there is no need to entrust a lawyer to represent you. If you don't understand the law, and you have to pretend to understand the law to dictate to the lawyer, then the lawyer's job cannot be done. Therefore, in the case that the lawyer takes over, if the client does not listen to the lawyer and is self-righteous, the lawyer cannot do so in the client's case. This time, I met a client who was self-conscious.

I signed a principal agency contract with her, I wrote all the complaints, and I filed the case online. I gave the relevant written materials to the client and asked her to send them to the court. The pleadings have two claims. Later, the judge requested that the amount of the second claim be written clearly. I informed the client to come and clarify the amount of the second claim. The client said she changed it herself and filed a separate case herself. As a result, her own two claims were changed to seventeen! At the opening of today's trial, it was changed to twenty items! I had no idea before she changed. What's even stranger is that at the trial today, I was told not to make a trial transcript, the judge will give the trial transcript. I told her that I had been a lawyer for more than twenty years and that I had always had a habit of taking notes when I was in court, and that I would not change that.

After the trial, she asked me to take a picture of the trial transcript, and I said I didn't need to, I made the trial transcript myself. He asked the court for a transcript of the trial, which the judge would not allow.

The judge said the lawyer could take a picture of the trial transcript or send it to his client. However, it is not possible if the client resends the trial transcript to others. So I will not take pictures of the courtroom transcript and send it to the client, if she is sending it to someone else, the lawyer will suffer! Lawyers are also disadvantaged.
