Double column stacker

Double column stackers are suitable for warehouses of all kinds of lifting heights, generally up to 5 tons, and if necessary, larger, can be used for high-speed operation. The double column stacker operates in the roadway between the shelves, mainly used to carry the unit goods loaded on the pallet or in the cargo box; it can also be opened to the corresponding cargo grid, and the on-board personnel pick the goods out of the warehouse according to the requirements of the warehouse.
The stacker is driven by the walking motor through the drive shaft to drive the wheel on the lower rail to do horizontal walking, by the lifting motor through the chain / wire rope / belt to drive the cargo platform to do vertical lifting movement, by the cargo fork on the cargo platform to do the telescopic movement; the walking addressor is used to control the horizontal walking position of the stacker; the lifting addressor is used to control the lifting position of the cargo platform; through the addresser and photoelectric recognition, as well as the conversion of the communication number, to achieve computer control, and can also be through the on-board control panel to achieve automatic, semi-automatic and manual control. The lifting mechanism of the double column stacker is generally chain transmission, which is driven by the motor reducer to rotate the sprocket, and the lifting movement is carried along the column or the lift rail through the chain loading platform. Due to the chain traction cargo platform or counterweight device, limited by space size, the transmission and arrangement are more complicated, but the positioning is more accurate.
