The parking spaces in The Ningdian Xinyuan Community in Jiangning District, Nanjing are relatively rich, and the community management committee has coordinated 18 shared parking spaces to be released on the "Jiangning E Parking" mini program. Temporary parking is 2 yuan an hour, and the monthly subscription is 100 yuan a month, which is cheaper than the price of the outside parking lot.

The proceeds of parking are divided 28% between the owner of the parking space and the residential property. The owner of the parking space can use the space to maintain the car, and the income of the residential property will be used for all owners.
