On October 27, 601138, together with E-works Research Institute and CITIC Dicastal Co., Ltd., officially released the 2021 "Lighthouse Factory Leading the Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Industry White Paper". In the white paper, Fulian launched the Lighthouse Pilot Program, aiming to help 10 leading enterprises build into world-class lighthouse factory transformation benchmarks in the next five years; help 100 leading enterprises achieve complete digital transformation; introduce digital technology applications for 1,000 manufacturing enterprises; and provide industrial and technical services for 50,000 small and medium-sized enterprises through the platform.
The white paper sorts out the global lighthouse factories, of which Foxconn, Procter & Gamble, Schneider Electric, Renault, Johnson & Johnson and other global companies now have a number of "lighthouse factories". The white paper points out that in the next five years, more than 57% of enterprises will take digital and intelligent transformation as the focus of construction, and more than 45% of enterprises will invest more than 100 million yuan in the construction of smart factories. This means that smart factories have become the hub and core of China's manufacturing transformation, and more and more enterprises are moving from the introduction of individual technologies in the past to the overall digital transformation.
