According to the suspect Liu Mouguang' confession, on August 22, when he was "wandering" near the Luoqing River, he picked up the mobile phone involved in the case placed on the shore, found that the mobile phone did not set a password, and then randomly looked up the information content in the mobile phone, and after learning that there were a large number of funds in the bank card bound in WeChat and Alipay, he reset the mobile payment password through a series of operations. Subsequently, he transferred 115,000 yuan from the mobile phone bound bank card involved in the case to his account in three times by adding friends and WeChat transfer.
