On the morning of January 26, the Chinese Society of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesiology held a press conference in Beijing to officially release the "CPR Smart Doll" simulation training system developed by the Ao Hushan innovation team.
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, abbreviated as CPR in English, is the easiest and fastest powerful means to rescue patients with cardiac arrest. The study found that starting CPR within 4 minutes of cardiac arrest maximizes success and reduces the incidence of irreversible severe sequelae. Due to the sudden and unpredictable nature of cardiac arrest, only the widespread popularization of CPR can improve the recovery rate after the onset of the disease and improve the prognosis of patients. At present, CPR training for the general public at home and abroad still uses a special simulator designed for medical personnel, which is expensive, difficult to operate, short training time, and inconvenient to popularize. In response to this problem, Ao Hushan, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, secretary general of the Chinese Society of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesiology, and chief physician of Fuwai Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, has repeatedly made suggestions and suggestions at the national "two sessions", and led the medical and industrial cooperation innovation team to successfully develop the "CPR smart doll" simulation training system after years of intensive research and development. The system is composed of intelligent CPR simulators and supporting "121 first aid" mobile APP, which can accurately display the parameters such as the pressure depth and frequency of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation press and intelligently score, and at the same time feedback the data to the training center, and the technical indicators reach or even exceed the special simulator. The popularization of this simulation system is expected to fill the gap in the field of popularization and promotion of CPR training in the mainland.
Academicians and experts at this press conference were invited to speak online. They highly praised the simulation training system, believing that the system has a novel concept, perfect design, full consideration of the application reality and the national conditions of the mainland, and has the value of popularization and application. Ao Hu Shan introduced the structure of the simulation training system and demonstrated the operation on the spot. At the same time, the Chinese Society of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology and the Capital Institute of Physical Education announced the signing of a cooperation agreement on the spot, which will carry out in-depth cooperation in the application testing and later promotion of the system to seek long-term development.
At the meeting, Qu Yongji, deputy director of the Public Resources Department of the Red Cross Foundation of China, signed a training agreement on behalf of the Red Cross Foundation of China and the Vice President of the Chinese Society of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesiology and Director of the Department of Anesthesiology of Peking University First Hospital, on behalf of the CPR Popularization Committee and the First Aid and CPR Branch of the Chinese Society of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesiology, on behalf of the CPR Popularization Committee and the First Aid and CPR Branch.
At present, the "CPR Smart Doll" simulation training system has applied for a number of national patents and officially started small-scale trial production. In the future, it will conduct initial tests in some parts of the country, test its various functions and continuously improve, and strive to put into mass production and promote application as soon as possible, while promoting the product to the world and making Chinese contributions in the field of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and promotion.
