The rapid development of the Yanjin black-bone chicken is inseparable from the development of east-west cooperation. He said that Yanjin black bone chicken is a local high-quality specialty product, but at the beginning of the industrial development, the industrial scale was small, and the industrial chain was also weak. To this end, Zhongshan City has invested more than 10 million yuan, introduced enterprises and local enterprises to jointly build the Yanjin Black Bone Chicken Industrial Park, and at the same time, vigorously supported and guided local farmers to cultivate high-quality black bone chicken seedlings and expand the scale of breeding. In terms of market, Zhongshan City actively explores sales channels, organizes large breeders to go to Zhongshan and Guangzhou to hold east-west production and marketing docking activities and exhibitions, and takes enterprises in the industrial park to Zhongshan, Shenzhen and other big cities to find sales channels.
Nowadays, Yanjin black bone chicken, as a local agricultural specialty project supported by Yanjin County, is the first of the "three major industries for enriching the people", and plans to invest 70 million yuan of special funds per year for three consecutive years to support development, covering and driving the county's easy-to-relocate farmers and low-income people to increase their income and become rich. It is planned that by 2025, the county will produce 10 million black-bone chickens and achieve an output value of more than 1.5 billion yuan.
On September 17, the People's Government of Yanjin County also signed a "county school" cooperation agreement with Yunnan Agricultural University in Kunming. According to the plan, the two sides will cooperate in eight fields, including expert teams, variety breeding, disease purification and prevention and control technology, deep processing product research and development, meat quality and feed nutrition research, demonstration base construction, talent training, and breeding technology guidance. The two sides will take the form of school-county cooperation, think tank talents and service entities to cooperate for a long time, hire provincial, municipal and county-level relevant poultry breeding, breeding management, disease prevention and control, product deep processing research and product marketing and other aspects of experts, and establish the "Yunnan Yanjin County Black Bone Chicken Industry Expert Workstation" in Yanjin County, providing technical support for the development of the whole industrial chain of "one county and one industry" black bone chicken in Yanjin County, and promoting the transformation of scientific research achievements.
