Session 1: Chinese Medicine:
I. Proprietary Chinese Medicine:

1. Bohol Pills: (Danxi Heart Method) Pharmacopoeia varieties
(1) Composition: hawthorn (jiao), Six Divine Comedy (stir-fried), half-summer (made), poria, tangerine peel, forsythia, fried lychee, fried malt.
(2) Efficacy indications: digestion, stagnation, and stomach. It is used for food stagnation, abdominal distension, ambiguous and sour swallowing, and not wanting to eat.
Attached: Daan Maru "Danxi Heart Method": It is the basis of this side to add white technique. It is used for those who have a spleen deficiency. Bai shu modern believes that it has the effect of "promoting gastric motility", which can glimpse the precision of the dialectical medication of the elderly in Danxi.
Appendix 1: Flavored Bohol Pills:
This should be a modern prescription, which is composed of Bai Shu (bran stir-fry), Poria sativa, tangerine peel, Magnolia (ginger burning), citrus aurantium, citrus aurantium shell (bran stir-frying), xiangfu (vinegar stir-frying), hawthorn (stir-frying), Liushen qu (bran stir-frying), malt (stir-frying), and Fa Ban Xia. From the composition point of view, on the basis of consumption, the use of qi medicine is increased. For dietary stagnation, indigestion. Abdominal distention is worse after eating.
I think it is reasonable for the old man of Danxi to design Bohol Pills as pills. If you change the prescription ingredients of Bohol Pills to soup medicine, the dosage cost will increase, and the effect may not be good! Because the digestive drugs such as the Six Divine Comedies and fried malt have decreased after high temperature effects.
Appendix 2 Pediatric Food Pills (Loose): Composed of Six Divine Comedies (fried coke), jiao hawthorn, coke malt, jiao betel nut, vinegar curd, three ridges (system), morning glory (fried coke), rhubarb. From the composition, it can be seen that it strengthens the effect of laxative (morning glory (fried), rhubarb), so it is suitable for stagnation caused by food stagnation fever. Symptoms include anorexia, irritability, nausea and vomiting, thirst, bloating of the abdomen, and dry stools.
2, Sanjiu Gastric Thai Capsules (granules): "Pharmacopoeia" composition: three-pronged bitter, nine incense, two-sided needle, wood fragrance, skullcap, poria, ground yellow, white peony. Efficacy indications: clear heat, dryness and wetness, qi and blood, soft liver pain relief. It is used for stomach pain caused by damp heat connotations, qi stagnation and blood stasis, and the symptoms are vague pain in the abdomen, fullness and acid reflux, nausea and vomiting, and noisy hypotension; superficial gastritis, erosive gastritis, and atrophic gastritis are seen in the above symptoms.
I have said before in the article "Dialectical Use of Commonly Used Proprietary Chinese Medicines" that the drug as a whole is cold, so the main point of dialectics is "heat", of course, the contraindication is "spleen and stomach deficiency and cold" patients.
3. Morodan: Composition: lily, poria, xuan ginseng, wu yao, ze diarrhea, mai dong, angelica, Yin Chen, Yan Hu Suo, white peony, dendrobium, nine knots of calamus, sichuan root, chicken inner gold, sanchi, baishu, ground elm, pu huang.
Indications for treatment: and stomach reversal, spleen distention, tongluo pain. It is used for chronic atrophic gastric inflammation, stomach pain, fullness, stuffiness, sluggishness, belching, etc.
The drug as a whole is "slightly cool" and not chilly, relatively peaceful. Compared with Sanjiu Gastric Tai, the focus is on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastric inflammation, while the focus of Sanjiu Gastric Tai is on erosive gastritis. Therefore, the dialectical points of this drug are full, stuffy, stomach pain, less intake, and poor food.
4. Gas stagnation stomach pain granules: "Pharmacopoeia" composes 360g of vinegar yanhuso 400g
Citrus aurantium shell 400g vinegar incense with 400g white peony 480g licorice 200g
Indications for treatment: soothe liver and qi, and stomach pain relief. It is used for hepatic stagnation, chest swelling, stomach pain.
This does not need to be explained much, the main point of the dialectic is to love to be angry, and to be angry will be aggravated! Often accompanied by poor sleep, paranoia, etc
5, gastric Su granules: "Pharmacopoeia composition: perilla stem 166.7g incense with 166.7g tangerine peel 100g citron 166.7g bergamot 100g citrus shell 166.7g betel nut 100g fried chicken inner gold 100g
Efficacy Indications: Relieves bloating, and stomach pain relief. Indications for the treatment of gas stagnation type stomach pain, symptoms such as gastric distention and pain, channeling and two flanks, belching or intestinal qi is comfortable, emotional depression is aggravated, chest tightness and eating less, poor bowel movements, thin tongue, pulse strings; chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer see the above symptoms.
Both this drug and qi stagnation stomach pain granules can be used for "qi stagnation" gastric pain; the focus of this drug is on the elimination of bloating, while the focus of the gas stagnation stomach pain granules is on pain. Of course, the basis is "air stagnation".
6, fragrant sand stomach pills: "Pharmacopoeia" composition: wood incense 210g sand kernel 210g baishu 300g tangerine peel 300g poria 300g half summer (made) 300g vinegar incense with 210g citrus aurantium (stir-fried) 210g cardamom (shelled) 210g ginger Houpu 210g patchouli 210g licorice 90g ginger 90g jujube 150g
Efficacy Indications: Warm and neutralize the stomach. It is used for stomach pain and fullness caused by insufficient stomach yang, moisture blocking, and symptoms such as vague stomach pain, stuffiness, vomiting acid, noisy discomfort, not thinking about eating, and fatigue of the limbs.
The whole medicine is warm, so it is used for those with a cold constitution.
Healthy spleen and stomach, ginseng baishu scatter, tonic yiqi pills can also choose to treat gastrointestinal diseases. I will not repeat them here.

Section 2: Western Medicine
One. Acid suppressants: Commonly used in two categories: H2RA or PPI
(1). Histamine H2 receptor inhibitor (H2RA): cimetidine, ranitidine, famotidine, etc.:
The listing of cimetidine (listed in the United Kingdom in 1976), and later the popularization of the grass-roots level in China, made the original surgical common disease - digestive tract perforation plummeted!
More than 20 years ago, patients with gastrointestinal perforation in county-level hospitals were very common, and 99.99% of the reasons for perforation were duodenal ulcer or gastric ulcer perforation, of which duodenal perforation was the most common. According to incomplete statistics, the county hospital receives at least 10 cases of perforation patients every month, of which up to three patients can be treated in one night. With the popularization of mecyanopyridine (cimetidine) in the grassroots, ulcer perforation gradually declined, especially the popularity of proton pump drugs, peptic ulcer perforation has become a case, which is really a blessing for mankind!
Therefore, the successful study of cimetidine and the discovery of Helicobacter pylori (successful isolation in 1982) are epoch-making results in the treatment of gastropathy.
(2). Proton pump (PPI): omeprazole, esomeprazole, lansoprazole, rabeprazole, pantoprazole, etc.
Two. Gastric motility drugs:
(1) Dopamine D2 receptor antagonists: metoclopramide (gastric reassurance), domperidone (morpholine)
(2) Acts by acetylcholine: mosabide, itopide, cisapride, etc.
Three. Gastric mucosal protectors:
1. Colloidal bismuth agent: pectin bismuth, Lizhu del (bismuth potassium citrate capsules)
2. Prostaglandins and their derivatives, such as misoprostol
3. Others: sucralfate, tipreone (alias: pentaeryenone, schvishu), aluminum magnesium carbonate, gefa ester, ribapete, ekabet sodium granules (Gaishuang), sodium L-glutamine cerranate, etc
Attached: Mucosal protector introduction:
1. Sucralfate: Sucralfate should not be applied at the same time as alkaline drugs and acid-suppressing drugs. In addition, sucralfate also affects the absorption of some other drugs, while taking other drugs should pay attention to the instructions. This drug is currently used less.
2. Tipuridone (Schvishu, pentaeryneone)
Indications: 1. Acute gastritis, acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis, improvement of gastric mucosal lesions (erosion, bleeding, flushing, edema). 2. Stomach ulcer.
This drug can improve the low ability of cells in the proliferative area of the gastric mucosa caused by hydrocortisone, maintain the stability of the proliferative region of gastric mucosal cells, and promote the healing of damage.
Dosage: Oral administration: 1 capsule (50mg) or granule 0.5g (including 50mg of this drug) each time, 3 times a day, all taken within 30 minutes after meals. It can be increased or decreased as appropriate according to age and symptoms.
3. Gefalcate: is a gastric mucosal protective drug taken orally for the treatment of gastritis and gastric ulcers. Gefa ester has the effect of strengthening metabolism, regulating gastrointestinal function and gastric acid secretion, and strengthening mucosal protection.
It has obvious preventive and protective effects on acute gastric mucosal injuries caused by aspirin, which is comparable to that of bismuth potassium citrate and is superior to sucralfate.
Dosage:
1. Oral: (1) gastric, duodenal ulcer and acute gastritis: 0.8g each time, 3 times a day, take during or after meals. The course of treatment is 4 to 5 weeks for mild patients and 2 to 3 months for severe patients. (2) Gastrointestinal discomfort, excessive stomach acid, bloating and indigestion, etc.: 0.4 to 0.8g each time according to the condition, 3 times a day.
4. Ribapite
Indications: May promote ulcer healing. It is used for the improvement of gastric mucosal lesions (erosions, bleeding, hyperemia, edema) in the acute exacerbation of acute gastritis and chronic gastritis
Dosage: Adults usually take oral doses of 0.1g each time, 3 times a day, morning, evening and before going to bed.
5. Icabet sodium granules (Gai Shuang)
Indications are 1. It is suitable for the following symptoms of gastric mucosal injury (erosion, bleeding, redness, edema), acute gastritis, chronic gastritis in the acute onset of the period. 2. gastric ulcer.
Dosage: Usually the oral dose for adults is 1 bag, 2 times a day (after breakfast, before bedtime), and the dose is increased or decreased according to the age and symptoms of the patient
6. Aluminum magnesium carbonate
Indications: Suitable for acute and chronic gastritis, reflux esophagitis, peptic ulcer, heartburn and stomach discomfort related to stomach acid, can alleviate the symptoms of heartburn, acid reflux, nausea, vomiting, bloating and other symptoms caused by excessive stomach acid. Prevention of gastric mucosal damage with nonsteroidal drugs.
Tip: This product can adsorb and bind pepsin, directly inhibit its activity, is conducive to the repair of the ulcer surface, but also combined with bile acid and adsorption of hemolytic phosphatidylcholine, to prevent these substances from damaging and destroying the gastric mucosa. The effect is rapid, mild and long-lasting.
Features: aluminum magnesium carbonate can maintain the physiological environment in the stomach, so that 99% of the stomach acid is buffered, maintaining the most appropriate pH in the stomach 3 to 5, which combines the gastric bile acid in an acidic environment, when entering the intestinal environment, it can release the bile acid, and does not affect the intestinal and liver circulation of the bile acid. Magnesium aluminum carbonate is not absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract after oral administration. Clinical studies have shown that after 28 consecutive days of taking, the aluminum, magnesium and calcium in the serum are still in the normal range.
Adverse reactions and precautions: Adverse reactions are mainly concentrated in the gastrointestinal tract, such as constipation, loose stools, flatulence, etc. Patients with hypophosphatemia, severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <30 ml/min), and myasthenia gravis are contraindicated. Other drugs should be avoided within 1 to 2 hours after taking the drug, because aluminum hydroxide can reduce absorption when combined with other drugs. Do not eat acidic drugs and foods within 1 to 2 hours after taking the drug, if the juice, etc., to avoid increased absorption of aluminum.
Dosage: oral: 500 ~ 1000 mg / time, 3 times / day. 1 to 2 hours after a meal, discomfort before bedtime, or stomach.
7. Sodium L-glutamine cruanoate
It is used for gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer.
Adults take 1 sachet 3 times a day, orally directly. According to age, symptoms can be increased or decreased according to the guidance of a doctor. Take after a meal.
The dosage of gastric mucosal protectors is commonly used
