On October 7, Ma Hainan received a clue from the anti-drug brigade of the county bureau: Liu Moumou was suspected of drug abuse. In order to arrest Liu X as soon as possible, Ma Hainan was divided into two roads, one group set up a net at the place where Liu X worked, and the other group waited for Liu X's place of residence to be arrested. After two days and two nights of arduous squatting by Ma Hainan and others, Liu Moumou was finally arrested and arrested. After testing, Liu X tested positive for urine, but refused to admit the fact of drug use. In order to turn this case into an iron case, Ma Hainan, according to the particularity of this case, on the one hand, increased the policy education of Liu XX, prompted Liu XX to take the initiative to confess the facts of the crime, and on the other hand, organized the police to dig deep into the peripheral situation of Liu XX. After Ma Hainan's continuous and thorough investigation, drug addicts Zhang Mou, Zhao Mou and a number of drug addicts were arrested one after another. A total of 4 drug addicts were arrested administratively, 3 were rehabilitated in the community, and 2 were criminally detained. In June 2021, a villager in a village in Jinping Town was defrauded in the name of stock speculation, and successively paid 400,000 yuan to two accounts of the other party. After receiving the police, Ma Hainan quickly attacked thousands of miles to chase the stolen goods, traveled to many provinces, and finally arrested the fraud suspects Xia XX and Zheng XX in Shantou City, Guangdong Province, and successfully recovered the cash.
In July this year, when Kong Moumou, a resident of Yiyang, went to a hospital in the county to see a doctor, he was defrauded of more than 30,000 yuan by strangers adding friends. Ma Hainan continued to attack the stronghold for more than five months, turned to six provinces and eight cities, and finally arrested the criminal suspects Yang mou and Shen mou and recovered all the losses.
"Minor injuries can not be in the line of fire" is also embodied in Ma Hainan's body. During one arrest, Ma Hainan was controlled by a front swoop, and Ma Hainan also fell heavily. He endured pain and interrogated him until he took the suspect into custody before going to the hospital. After investigation, Ma Hainan fractured the base of his right palm. The doctor repeatedly advised him to rest well. Ma Hainan smiled and said, "When I go home to rest, my colleagues will have to do more." The police station is so busy, my injury is nothing, I can continue to work..."

Little things reflect Ma Hainan's original intention of serving the people. During a duty, Ms. Zhang, a resident of the jurisdiction, cried and reported that she had accidentally lost a gold necklace worth 5,000 yuan. After receiving the police, Ma Hainan led the auxiliary police to quickly rush to the scene of the incident to collect monitoring. After Ma Hainan's careful investigation, she finally helped Ms. Zhang retrieve the lost gold necklace.
During the patrol, Ma Hainan paid attention to finding and eliminating every safety hazard. During a late-night patrol, Ma Hainan saw two little girls crying alone on the side of the road. After learning about the disappearance of the little girl and her family due to greed, Ma Hainan first took the children to the police station for proper placement, and then organized the police, auxiliary police, and village police to search for the little girl's family in all villages under their jurisdiction. After Ma Hainan and others worked overnight, they finally found the child's family in the shortest possible time and safely sent the child home.
Ma Hainan has good water quality, and every time he receives a mass fall into the water for help, Ma Hainan always rushes to the front without hesitation. One day in September 2021, someone in the jurisdiction fell into the water. After receiving the police, Ma Hainan led the police and auxiliary police to rush to the scene with rescue equipment. Due to the timely rescue, the teenager who fell into the water was quickly rescued by Ma Hainan and turned ashore. In 2020 alone, Ma Hainan has cracked a series of major and important cases such as "Zhou X's gang gang helping letter crime case", "Wang X's gang gang help letter crime case", "Ruyang County series of fake liquor cases" and so on, breaking more than 20 criminal cases of various types, cracking down on 33 criminal suspects of various types, arresting 11 people, and prosecuting 29 people, making outstanding contributions to safeguarding the safety of people's lives and property and the stability of the overall social situation.
